Me and my husband went to Arby's in vestal for dinner around 6:30. All of my food was hot and the server JuJu helped us an was very nice. The manager also was very professional and kind with a greeting at the door

What have y'all done to this was a perfect sandwich. This is not the real Swiss cheese On my sandwich. It was a processed white cheese with artificial flavoring. Y'all need to think about what y'all are doing to a great sandwich. I won't buy it anymore until that nasty cheese is gone. Bring back the real Swiss cheese. That was nasty y'all.

The team member Laura in the Ruston Arby's Restaurant is awesome. The food is always really good but it is the friendliness and genuine smile from this employee that makes me want to come again.

The mayo tasted like cum and the relish tasted like bull testicles that were blended up and your meat tasted like chicken

Looked forward to trying the new ribeye garlic sandwich based on the commercials and pictures. Got one today and it was so small and nothing like advertised. Well I'll know not to get it again.

Hadn't been to Arby's for awhile in Lawrenceburg, In but a friend and I wanted a reuben sandwich and I remembered Arby's to have a great one. NOT NOW! Small bit of corned beef, sad, little kraft and sauce and lots of bread. Won't do again!

Cold sandwiches hardly no sauce cold greasey fries was not impressed at all will think twice before I go there again did not give me a recipe either

The service as of late has been horrible. Not to mention the wait time and the aus jus is always missing from my order.

I ordered two simple sandwiches and they messed it up so badly. I'm really upset. Don't go to the arbys on Henry street Muskegon. I was very clear on my order and they totally ignored me.

Made me fart SO MUCH AND SO BAD everyone abandoned me INCLUDING my husband right when we said our vows on our wedding... the whole church had to evacuate and my husband left me at the alter while I was sobbing because of the stench my fart liquids emitted as it was vaporizing onto the ceiling. Arby's RUINS RELATIONSHIPS and the fries I got weren't even CURLY!

Tried the loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac'N Cheese at the Flagstaff Arby's for lunch (12/30/22). Cannot recommend it, a cheddar cheese would have been better.

Avoid Arby's #1526, at 8031 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. Terrible customer service. I tried making a simple order at the drive-thru and was interrupted by the employee at least 4 times. I decided that drive-thru order taking wasn't the employee's strong suit, so i went inside. So, there were 8 employees in the restaurant, no customers, at 1815, Sunday, December 18,2022. One young lady was on her cell phone, near the front counter, yelling and screaming at someone on her cell phone. What the heck is going on here? I asked to speak to the manager, as it seemed this place was clearly out of control. Shaundra came up and identified herself as the manager. I asked her about the lady screaming into the cell phone and Shaundra said that was her manager. Oh My Goodness. Avoid this Arby's. Never again, for me. Terrible customer service

I absolutely love the Diablo dare I really want it to stay. Arby's knows how to do spicy the right way

On 12/14/2022, my wife and I stopped at the Silverdale, WA restaurant #6099. Long story short, order to go, took to local park to eat. All was good until I got down to the last few bites of my double roast beef sandwich. Found a light brown hair about 8 1/2" long in my sandwich. Didn't match my short grey hair or my wife's color. Kind of ruined the experience.

The Arbys on Main in Norman Oklahoma can't get an order right. When I got thru and order a french dip sandwich I always request they toast the bun, which it says should be on menu, they don't. Just plain bread with dry meat on it to dip in the sacue. When I got thru and order their new Waynu Burger I request no sauce, as it tastes like McDonalds big mac sauce. Of course I get home and it has the crappy Big Mac sauce all over it. They just can't get a simple request correct at this location. Which I will no longer be going to.
