Me and my loving family had arbys last night. It's now 2pm and i am throwing up, gripping the floor and praying to god (im atheist) this is why i never give small businesses a chance. You guys should close down for sure. Your sandwich's are funky and i would give this zero stars if i could.

I went to arby's for lunch to try the latest advertisement on this so called Wagyu burger
I asked for it to be cooked medium well but was told they only cook it one way. Turns out that one way was hours prior to my arrival and it was a shrunken dried up piece of meat that bared no resemblance to what they advertised on TV. The cost was way high and the quality was non existence and no one there cared and they had the nerve to serve this and ask me to come back? So they can finish insulting the few taste buds this did not get the first visit! I had not been to an Arby's in 9 years and have no return trip in my future plans! This was truly a complete waste of money and time and better food can be bought at a gas station. The owner of this resturant should be very worried about his investment this place is truly awful

They brought back the wagu steakhouse burger and i always ask no pink. And everytime i order the burger it's pink in the middle. Stick to roast beef.

I've been going to Arby's for sometime, I went there for our dinner and started the order when I ordered the jalapeño bites with bronco sauce and was told they discontinued the bronco sauce. I was in shock. I wanted to just leave. I do like their other menu items but the bronco sauce always swayed me to go there. I will think twice before going there next time. :(: ( :(

Hello. I recently went to Arbys - 1654 Market St. Warren Pa. *******. My order was missing 1 item. I got home and called the store about my missing item. Not once did I call but twice and a coupon was to be sent to replace my missing item. 4 weeks have passed so I called corporate and they also said I'd get reimbursed. 5 weeks now and still no response. I work hard for my money and it's wrong for them not to make this right and pay me or give me the item I paid for. Don't got to Arbys in Warren Pa. Unless you want to get ripped off. Just saying! They won't be getting my business or any great references from me.

Why is it that everytime we come to the north myrtle beach arbys they are never open and the excuse is always Covid we haven't that for 2 years and we still wait 3 hours in the $#*!in line because y'all can't open the store

I stopped by my local Arby's in Greeneville. TN Round 6pm. Looking at the picture of the Classic Chicken, I placed an order. I get home and the chicken looks like it's been laying around for awhile. The br r added chicken was apox 1/2" thick and it did not resemble the picture. I paid $6.19 plus tax for this substandard sandwich. Never again. I'll take my business to chik filet. Better taste, quality and cheaper. Shame on Arby's.

Walked in to arby's roast beef sandwich shop at 5759 Atlanta highway on 11/08/2022. Jared waited on me and I've been in there a few times before and iJared called me by name. Super employee and I' ve never seen anyone move faster than him. I have a doctor's degree in business I would hire him in a minute but I'm 70 years old and retired. The Remodeling of the Arby's on Atlanta highway here is beautiful. The manager needs to have a reward for doing exceptional training.

Wimpy wimpy wimpy not enough meat! Shame on you! Fair sandwich but needs more meat! I taste more bread than meat. I only get the gyros when they're on sale cuz he never has enough meat on it! Coupon for two gyros I got in the mail.

They were very good but should come with a warning if you have a bad stomach this sandwich is not for you it felt like I had eat did the one chip challenge that's how hot it was it was a very good sandwich it tasted good but it was very very warm

The place in romeoville is NEVER opened 24 hours like it says ND THEY CANT SERVE BREAKFAST IF THEY ARENT OPEN. They NEED TO TAKE THEIR SIGNS DOWN SAYING THET ARE OPEN 24 HRS AND SERVE BREEAKFAST CAUSE ITS NOT TRUE! TIHE MANAGER IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PERSON I KNOW... WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGIN

I had the brisket sandwich and the fries meal. The brisket slices were so thin they were all dried up and the sandwich was sloppily put together with barbeque sauce on top the bun, very messy. The fries were warmed over and hard. Horrible meal for over $10. Will never eat there again! It was 4:40 p.m. at the Greenville Tx Arby's on October 23rd. This meal was terrible. Only one tiny onion ring on the sandwich.

When you pay good money for some food. And end up disappointed. I ordered cheesesteaks meal from Arby's.
Thay advertise this, but you really get this. And you pay this.

Arbys in seven hills on the corner of cedar crest road. Whole line of customers they weren't waiting on. We're told about it and they didn't care and didn't come over to start waiting on them. Husband and I finally left and smart $#*! girl said have a nice day. Needs a manager on site and new polite and hard working employees you don't treat people that way.
