I came to this god forsaken establishment once with my friend, who claims he is a "Arby's Veteran". He is 48 years old and has been going for 22 years everyday. I honestly don't know how he is still living. I ordered the mega beef beater with extra cheese and coleslaw. Waited for around an hour for a scrawny young hooligan to inform me that their grill was broken, and that they would have to serve my burger raw. My drink had a cockroach swimming in it, and the fries were soggy and swimming in... mustard... Me and my buddy left shortly afterwards after a fight broke out in the kitchen because somebody lost a clash royale match, whatever that means. Overall a miserable experience and a pathetic establishment. Never eat here.

Staff Tina - we own a business and staff asked if we would give a dollar, We said no Thanks! She stated "well you Know Kids are Starving" Response from us- "we buy Christmas presents and food for multiple families". I Only had $8 on me and I do not use credit at Fast food facilities. Very Disappointed these Young people have NO idea who is at their Window! Very disappointed she finally brought our 2 French dips! My husband said than you. No Response! Because we live in Fairhope unappreciated and Disrespectful! Brenda MacDonald

Website said this location had salads. Did not. So, ordered a Jr Arby sandwich instead. Also, ordered a Chicken Bacon Sandwich through the drive up. Got home and did not get the Jr Arby's. We got a very expensive mushy cheese crap and little roast beef. The Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich bread crust was hard, dry and maybe OLD! New ARBY'S sucks!

Save your money... I was excited to try the new brisket sandwich after seeing the picture of it on the new mail out coupon paper. I had at most only 1/4 the amount of meat it shows. No cheese which it shows and the meat was dry, burnt on the edges and tasteless. It never saw "smoked for 13 hours" in flavor either. Total rip off. I also asked about the free fries since it was a Tuesday. Sorry, they said, you have to be a member of the club and to do that they mail you a card to show.

Went to the Arby's in Blairsville, GA today for lunch. They refused their own coupon and I really did not understand why. After paying full price for the meal, had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my food. While I stood their waiting, I saw the sandwich wrapper on the shelf behind the cashier but did not know it was my sandwich. It sat their at least 15 minutes before the cashier Pamela every turned around and put it on a tray to hand to me. Both the sandwich and the curly fries were no longer warm by the time I got them.

I used to leave at Minnesota and I remember I used to eat Arby's a lot for lunch and dinner today I'm happy to say that I was driving around and I thought about Google Arby's and I finally got to be at this friendly place at New Jersey Arby's thank you so much for making the best food ever I have four roast beef sandwich for $10 and I order it 2

Arbys in garden city hwy 80 DONT eat from there roaches be all over the kitchen and all over the lobby everywhere,. Slug was under the lemonade machine bc
The machine wasn't cleaned for so long. Bad managers that will slave u till u want to quit. They was slaving me for 9.75 an hour that's why I left because they swear they the best around here trust me tht store is disgusting.

This is a failure company & they will go out of business very soon, I never ate@ this place but I tried it the other day with my wife it was terrible, stinky, greasy unhealthy with the lowest cheapest quality food items to make it, I'm sure even dogs will not eat Arby's food we end trash it!
The question I like to ask the idiot who is in charge with Arby's ur food quality is socks & u are un able to staff ur place therefore stop ur falls propaganda & lies on TV!
I will never eat at Arby's even if it was the only place left on earth.

I ordered regular roast beef 2 for 7 and I asked for no cheese because I can't have cheese I was told take the cheese off I said it's liquid cheese so then they didn't put chesse on I shouldn't have to take cheese off when I asked for no cheese very bad service

The new prime rib sandwich is the grossest sandwich I have ever taken a bite out. I can only imagine what poop taste like. It was slimy. Save your money. My family members who tried this all feel the same.

After working on a project for 14 hours we tried to find a place still open to get some supper and we went to Arby's on Cook Rd., West branch Michigan! Wow placing our order we realize that there was one minute left before the store was closed yet they took our order and it was awesome very great people working there at this Arby's on Cook Rd., West Branch Michigan! Jasmine, Kevin and Tommy who cooked our meal! Great meal and great people this is what every business needs to have! Thank You for taking care of us at such a late hour even though it would have been easier to just say you are closed!

The food once again was not correct after pulling up and waiting, no receipt and I'm finally done with Arby's! Others are having the same comments. I would rather drive 30 miles away to another Arbys than three mins. To eat here again. I hope something else comes to Union, SC because this Arbys is no longer my option. BTW, this was supposed to have Swiss Cheese... It is not found on either sand. When it's The Second most important word in the title, shouldn't it be there!?!

Wife & I went to the Independence, Mo. Store on 8-25-22 she ordered the Ruben it was cut in half 1 1/2 had no meat between the bread & I ordered the bar b q brisket sandwiches both were very, very skimpy on the meat the brisket had about a tea spoon of bar b q sauce on it I went up to counter & asked for more bar b q sauce & was handed 3 packets of Arby's sauce. The service was horrible & so was the food I'm glad they remolded all the Arby's in the KC area but it doesn't make up for bad service & skimpy food no more condiments on the bar not even ketchup for your fries very, very disappointed at this point I don't see Arby's staying in business much pass the end of the year.
