Arby's in Colonial Heights Virginia on Temple Ave.on Thursday the 18th of September 2025 I went Arby's drive through I had already tried to get their prices before arriving and they don't post them unless you order. When I got to the menu board they only listed prices for a single sandwich not the combos. When I asked the manager why they were ashamed to post all of their prices he stated there wasn't enough room on the board to list the combo prices. Irritated I pointed out to him that they had always done so before and that many other restaurants are now doing the same thing. I didn't cuss him out but I did get PO. These companies are doing it on purpose because they count on the customer not canceling tge order once they put it in. After getting my sandwich and a small drink I pulled in to eat. I managed two bites it was burnt and uncooked on the inside. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to breathe which is why I didn't take it in to the store. I pulled into a side part and took a Picture of the burger balled it up and threw it away at Sam's Club when I got there. By the time I got home sometime around three my stomach was hurting and I had started running a fever, plus throwing up, and I was wobbly. I wasn't able to eat until late Friday evening I managed a bowl of chicken broth. It is now Saturday and I am still weak and unable to eat much. I live alone and I am too sick to go to a doctor and frankly I can't afford the medical bills. I am even too weak and sick to go make a police report. Because I honestly think they may have put something on that burger. I sent a complaint to Arby's corporate but I doubt if I will hear from them and I'm sure the security video will be wiped clean. So just be advised that this restaurant may have some evil people working there. I don't have proof of purchase bit I was their first customer at 10 A.M.
So how are these the same thing? Ordered chicken wrap based on photo and got something that doesn't resemble a wrap!

This Arbys location has checked out. I ordered 12 Arby's regular roast beef sandwiches and 24 Arby's sauces. I received 11 sandwichs and had to ask for the Arby's sauces at the window. There were no cars in front of me or behind me when ordering so, it was not busy at 07:05 pm on Thursday 03/27/25. There were at least 3 people at the drive through window when I drove up. I waited and received 2 bags. I had to remind the employee that I requested Arby's sauces and she didn't even give me a receipt for the $32.90 charge. I understand fast food can be stessful but when you are not busy and can't count to 12, can't remember to include or offer Arby's sauces, and don't provide a receipt. It's time of find better staff including the proported Manager! I will be spending my money elsewhere!
Allen TX Arby's short on help. Too much mayo which was claimed to be tartar sauce. Short on staff, lady who was handling order taking doesn't speak fluent English. Apparently doesn't want to satisfy customer's complaint either. ONLY WANTED TARTAR SAUCE ON SIDE NOT ON SANDWICH! ASKED FOR A NEW BUN! NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE!
Food is ok, but the business model is not. When I have to sit here and watch commercials, then AI can help to create reviews!
This pathetic store are more concerning when YouTubers filming their store to catch their predator's employee more the that predator itself. It is so shame since this "Arby's" are becoming worst day by day. Shame on you, hope you guys go to hell!
I USUALYY LOVE ARBYS, I GET IT QUITE OFTEN AS HEY ARE CLOSE TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TODAY IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE HAD AN ORDER PICKED UP AND MY ORDER WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED, I ORDER A BEEF AND CHEDDAR, HALF POUND AND I GET IT ONLY WEIGHING 3.3 OF A POUND IN THE SMALL AUJU BOWL. A HALF POUND SHOULD WIGH 8 OUNCES, THEY ARE CHARGING FOR A HALF POUND AND BARLEY GIVING A 1/3 POUND. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. THAT ESSENTIALLY IS ROBBERY, AND THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS WANT TO SEAR THEY ARE RIGHT EVEN WITH A PICTURE TO PROVE THEM WRONG.
The Arby's Crispy Fish Sandwich has to be the most boring tasting sandwich I have ever had. What a let down. They could take pointers from Dairy Queen's fish sandwich.
This Arby's used to be really good with making the right orders but the last 2 times I've gotten the wrong order I ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders both times and had to wait 6 minutes both times and I got regular chicken sliders instead and I ordered a roast beef classic both times the first time I got charged for a double and the this time I got very thick beef in it that's it's not even good. I'm getting tired of wasting my whole lunch break there to not even get what I ordered
Ordered a $15. Meal and couldn't eat it. It was a green/grey roast beef. My granddaughter said why is it green? We left I didn't want to make a scene in front of her. Never again will I eat there
They never listen and they mess up my order because of it I go in and they say oh we didn't have that on your order and don't try to remedy the situation.
I had ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10. Three of them, we're okay.The last one had a disgusting, long hair in my food. This was the arby's on lemay ferry road in St. Louis.*******
I was in shock to see how small these chicken breasts are. They charge so much for a sandwich and then they shrink it. Not happy with this. Pics are of 2 chicken sandwiches 1 I already ate with the leftover bun and the other I haven't ate yet. Which I will because there wasn't even a full sandwich.

THEY ADMITTED THEY HAVE RATS! RATS! RATS! RATS! I went through the drive-thru and order the Smokehouse Brisket meal. As I'm waiting for the cars in front of me, I notice a black box on either side of the back door. I grabbed a quick picture and zoomed in to discover they were RAT traps. My first thought was, okay, there are rodents running around the fields outside, it makes sense to have them. What didn't make sense is that they are sitting in the customer's view. I decided to politely mention that to the shift manager who was running the window. I told him that having rat traps sitting in the customer's view is not a good look. He said his manager had placed the traps outside the door before gleefully explaining that they have more RAT! Traps inside the store too. Um... what? Unfortunately, I had already paid for my food and was so stunned at what I was hearing - should have asked for my money back but before I could, he asked me to pull forward while he got my "product" ready. I must have zoned out because I waited for the food to arrive. When it did, several minutes later, I took it and pulled out. I was hungry and ignored the conversation I had just had. I regretfully ate the cold fries. I had to wait several minutes to get very cold fries. Then I reached for the sandwich. The paper was put on haphazardly and bun inside was cold. I say bun because it was not a sandwich. What it looked like is someone didn't pick up their food, so the bag was sitting there for half an hour or more. They took the sandwich out, removed the meat and quickly re-wrapped it in the same paper. I ended up going to Tim Horton's across the street where, as luck would have it, I paid the same amount and got exactly what I ordered, and there were no RAT traps in view. Conveniently enough, as I was about to post this review, their district manager called me. Apparently the RATS are normal for that store and he made excuses for why the traps were in plain view of customers. I understand that stores with a field behind them could have a rodent problem, but it's beyond disgusting to announce to the customer that your store has RATS and then to justify it with a simple, meh.
7:59 PM. 3/30 STORE #5771. Went thru the drive-thru. Ordered classic beef and fish off the 2/$6 menu. Also ordered a BLT. At 10 pm sat down to eat. No BLT. Just some piece of crap on a bun. Called the store. NUMEROUS TIMES. No one picked up. I HATE having to search the bag EVERY TIME to make sure I get my order. And, just think, on Monday, they think they're worth $20/hour.
I'll eat just about anything but I won't ever eat Arby's crispy fish sandwich again. Totally disgusting.
I have been told by so many people to try the fish sandwich. I was very disappointed with it, not crunchy felt like it wasn't completely done in the center and it had no flavor.
I drove 10 miles to to the nearest Arby's in Springfield oregon and was beyond disappointed when told they had NO roast beef what? I may never go back
