We could not be more pleased with Arangrant. The business class fares for the flights Arangrant has booked for us have been substantially lower than those we found on Google Flights, Expedia and other online apps. When airlines change schedulers, Arangrant always notifies us well before the airline does and on at least one occasion has offered the opportunity to cancel for a full refund, even though the schedule change was not dramatic. We now work exclusively with Patricia U and she always accommodates our requests for particular scheduling.

A spur of the moment trip to London from San Francisco and then back to Phoenix, AZ caused this old traveler much angst! Arangrant was able to get me a superior deal than I could get going direct. Arangrant has different services - where they provide complete quoted fares on a detailed itinerary, they are a good value. It is a challenge to work with them by submitting a quote request based on an online or email advertisement.

It was the first time I was booking flight tickets through Arangrant and I will use their services again.
Prices were very competitive (2k less than via BA) and my flights were impacted by the LHR shutdown in March 2025.
First, I called BA to try to find a solution (worst customer service offer) and they offered a new flight with 4 layovers…
I called Arangrant and in 10 minutes they confirmed that they can refund the whole journey. 4 days later my money was back on my bank account.
