I was generally happy with the service, and planning to use you again for my next trip. Your strength: specific about the trip choices and deliver exactly as you promised. Concern- limit the choices to very few at around the target amount, giving me a feeling that you work only around the targeted amount, not necessarily the best deal available
I found the service mediocre. I am not sure I got the best price or route. I did not like SwissAir which is what I was offered by Arangrant. Maybe Blake could have worked a little harder to find me business class for all flights. You do not get lounge privileges if your second flight is business. Only if your first flight is business class. Paying a business fare and then having to upgrade to a single seat for almost $200 each way makes no sense to me.

I bought ticket after few attempts and that too from online chat.
Did make few phone calls and always the price was about 200$ to 250$ PP higher than advertised price.
I met one reasonable agent and got my tickets without any hassle.

I booked 2 Turkish Airlines Business class tickets from SFO to Amsterdam with Arangrant and saved over over $1,000 per person. I was happy with the experience and the savings and would purchase tickets with them again. After getting my confirmation invoice I noticed that they had both of our birthdays listed incorrectly but was able to contact them and get them corrected.

It took over 5 calls to aran grant and over 5 hours of my life to get absolutely nothing done. Instead- i paid over 2k in fees and had to continuously get told that i couldn't change a flight (EVEN THOUGH THE FLIGHT I WANTED TO CHANGE TO WAS CHEAPER!) This was the absolute worst experience of my flying career and i am a million miler on 2 large airlines. I will NOT be using aran grant again unless i'm given an absolutely large compensation- i would not recommend this terrible customer service to ANYONE. It took working DIRECTLY with the airline (british airways) for me to finally get my change done, without issue. But not after constant headache and price increases from aran grant and their absolutely horrible customer service experience.

I asked for a business class ticket to Barcelona. Arangrant provided me a MIXED ticket with coach between London & Barcelona! I didn't catch this until after the 24 hour DOT cancellation policy. When I confronted them, they wanted to charge me $350 plus the fare difference! Shady business practice. I coast me an extra $1000! I'll be a lot more selective with my booking company in the future

I purchased the wrong class of ticket after several iterations of offers from an Arangrant Agent and some bait and switch. (I purchased a mix of business class and economy) When I realized I had inadvertently purchased a basic economy ticket instead of economy plus for one of the families traveling in our group, I tried to change it so that the family could get advance seat assignments. More than a dozen phone calls, multiple reps, and many emails later, I was told I could call the Arangrant customer service number 24 hours before flight and they would confirm seats for the family (traveling internationally with a baby). I just called, now 24 hours before flight, and the rep told me they do not have access and can't help me with the seat selection. I would like to know why I repeatedly was told Arangrant would help resolve the issue caused by their agent's mistake. First they said I was purchasing tickets with seat assignments available (that is what I told the agent I needed to buy), then they promised to get the seats when I had trouble doing it online for the overseas portion of the trip to Japan, then they promised to get the seats 24 hours in advance. Today, they said they can't help, At every turn, the story changed, and I never received help. It would have been better to have been told the truth. I have now called All Nippon Airways and was told I must wait a few more hours -- until 24 hours before the second leg of the trip departs.

The flight tickets purchased via Aran Grant were for a flight from Philadelphia to Tromso via Frankfurt and Oslo. The travel time was about 20 hrs total which was okay. Then a 3 day travel delay was added at the Oslo airport for which I got no compensation whatsoever. I had to pay for hotel and meals for 3 days in Oslo - unacceptable - will never use them again.

My flights between LAX and NZ and Australia were fine. I did not want the extra leg to Vancouver which Arangrant told me was optional. I asked for it to be removed but they would not remove it or refund my purchase. I will not book in the future if an extra leg is added.
