Very disappointed when I let you know that the price had dropped significantly and you said that the price I paid was not changeable. I would have said $3500. Since this was my first purchase I don't know if I feel assured that I'm getting the best price and hesitate to use you again

This was my first experience using Arangrant and i have to say i was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience. Tristan, was amazing to work with. This was a last minute trip but i still wanted to fly First/Business. Tristan, was able to book me a reasonable business r/t ticket. I sought a good deal on a lengthy flight from Tanzania to San Francisco. The initial advertising suggested it was possible. But initial offers were actually unavailable and each subsequent offer was a worse itinerary or more expensive. I will never book through Arangrant again

My travel arrangements were not easy. Joel helped me tremendously and made it easy.

The tickets were good from the itinerary standpoint, however, JetBlue domestic business class is sub par while their European flights have the suites that are a very good experience. The airlines have switched our flights just four hours before departure and we were notified when we are at the airport. AranGrant did not provide routes without impacting our schedule, but our insistence at the air port with the agents helped us put on a prior delayed flight so that we could not lose our schedule.

Arangrant is one of these subcontractors Kayak and the like use, so I got to them not knowingly what it is. Turns out, they have an extremely well built AI-driven chatbot, the way you would expect that to be. It's like chatGPT - gets what you wants and responds by re-iterating what you said, before creating a solution. I was enthusiastic.#
Later, I wanted an upgrade. Sending an email to customer service responded in an indescript "can't be done at this time", which of course was nonsense. Upgrades are always possible, unless business class is full, which rarely happens at British Airways. The subsequent call and verbal communication was satisfying again. Overall, very good. I hope they can keep it up.

I was searching for business class airfare from Boston, MA to Capetown, South Africa on Kayak. The prices shown were thousands of dollars less than the airline websites. When I clicked on the Kayak link I was sent to the Arangrant website. I was immediately suspicious but my internet search revealed that they were legit. I was contacted by an agent by email and all my questions and concerns were answered and I received a name with both an email and phone contact number if I had any future problems.
