We were booking a complicated, open-jaws itinerary. Prices posted on airline website were astronomic. The Arangrant agent was very patient in laying out different alternatives. While the results aren't perfect, the final itinerary and price were much better than we could have found on our own.
Found about this service while using Kayak. Since I had already made my booking before they reached out to me, they were of little help on this particular trip, but a service worth using when making future bookings. They seem dedicated to helping the customer, but are lacking in some aspects in the follow-up service. I reached out 3 times before someone helped me on my booking concerning seat assignments. The first 2 attempts I was told they would get back with me and they never did. The third time I was given a very eager CSR that helped even though it was not what I wanted but he was pleasant and tried to help.

Called to discuss my airline bookings which had recently changed. The CSR quickly helpedé.
I was very disappointed not to get nonstop flights and had to change at Heathrow. Also I had to pay more for seats. I thought my costs included seats. I seem to have to do more and more to fly.

Sent an email about what we needed and someone called right away. Found the flights we needed and prices seemed reasonable. Will use again.
Booking experience was very good. The AranGrant agent was helpful and courteous. However I don't know how this will pan out until I actually fly to my destination and return. So far there have been schedule changes beyond AranGrant's control (I believe) which have increased hotel costs. I hope I will be satisfied in the end.

I booked my flights for the first time with ARANGRANT and so far have been very impressed with the service I have received. This included a call within minutes of booking from an actual person to confirm all the information. I also received a text and email with all the details in writing along with a contact phone number in case I have any questions or concerns during my travels.
