A friend booked our flight and, for some reason, there was a hotel with it. I mistakenly booked the hotel, paying $200 more than our friends. When I asked for a credit, I was told that the hotel was free. I believe I was lied to but am stuck with the airline ticket. Prices have gone down since then. Do not use this company.
I bought to flight to Europe. Later, I wanted to change the dates. I did all of this on line via Aran Grant. I paid what I considered a small amount to change the flight. My new flight showed up immediately on the carrier's web site. Easy.

Always use Momondo to find flights, occasionally Skyscanner to check prices. Arangrant pointed to by Momondo for ticket purchase. Never heard of them before but service excellent. Will use in the future. Their agent Hunter was excellent

I tried to purchase tickets for $5200 and as i was purchasing them i was notified the price switched to $6400 and i had no option to not buy them. I called arangrant and told them to cancel my purchase and i was initially told the purchase did not go through. 5 minutes later i looked at my credit card and there was a $6400 charge on my card. It took over an hour on the phone to get it reversed. I know no one there cares or is even reading this. This is the second time this has happened. I will never use this company again.

Henry booked what I believed was a business class ticket from Zurich to Atlanta, but it turned out only the first leg from Zurich to Montreal is business, the second leg from Montreal to Atlanta is Economy, not even Premium Economy, somewhat disappointing.

Able to get the lowest rates and easy to deal with
Excellent service marred by over-promise and under-delivery. AG does have the influence you would expect with an airline to escalate issues, get seat assignments, add KTN/passport etc. Afraid to have to go through this inefficent intermediary if an emergency arose, we abandoned..

Airline connections went as planned with very good service by airlines. Seat assignments were perfect. Layovers in airports were too lengthy.

Start our trip to Goa tomorrow - so no proof yet that it will all go well. However, so far, working with Den has been a pleasure. I still think that working with a third party is still problematic when things go amiss, but we shall see!

Handled everything in a professional manner
They were very efficient
The price was great. No issues. However, I did not attempt to change my flights in any manner. From what I've read, the complaints seem to happen if/when you need to change anything. We did not change.

My last segment on arrival was separate from whole trip. This was economy and I had to collect my baggage at Chicago and go to ticket counter again to get my tickets and drop my baggage. I was not clarified this during the booking.
