These folks are your low cost travel finders. They can get you the est prices by far on flights overseas. Easy to work with, responsive and willing to go the extra mile.
They cancelled our outgoing international flight literally hours before we were to fly out and catch our Mediterranean cruise. On the phone for 17 hours! No help! Had to request a cancellation and rebook ourselves. Worst customer service. No compensation offered. Had to spend over $1,000 to rebook. This was not our fault. The flight was not cancelled. Will never use them and will warn everyone and anyone about them. They should have rebooked us with no extra charge!

Several times i called with questions, was told it would be "escalated" and no one called back with answers. Simple questions--had to figure it out myself. There is no value-added by your company. Just another useless middleman.

Long haul flight was delayed. Airline showed a revised connection flight (done by the airline, not AranGrant). When we went to check in, they say the booking was not legitimate because the ticket was booked by an agency. When I called AranGrant I waited for over 15 minutes to get the first person, who could not help, sent me to a second AranGrant call line, waited again for probably 10 minutes, who then after taking the info again and failing to help, referred me to the "scheduling department". I called them, and they promised to call back. They never did. Meanwhile I missed the connection and had to pay full fare for my own one way tickets.

We had to cancel our trip due to my wife having a lump found on her body before I trip to Italy. We bought travel insurance and sent in a letter from the Doctor and the clinic confirming this. This company was very difficult to deal with and wanted to keep over $1430. 00 for themselves while getting out air travel refunded after I called the airlines and this company! Horrible customer service and I recommend doing business directly with the airlines. My wife had her tumor removed and doing great! Shes a Doctor and I work in the medical world so it's not about the money. It's about the principle! Leadin Learned! Beware

Had to pay $1,600 to move my departure date on top of the $4,600 i paid for the ticket. My wife got her ticket from a travel agent and only paid $500 to move her departure date up. Go with a travel agent, you save money.

The flight I originally booked to Europe was cancelled by the airline. Arangrant kept me updated with every development and with the re-booking to other flights. I very much appreciate the personal concierge service offered by Arangrant. This is first class personal service with a travel agent one can actually speak to... not just an anonymous website.
