Absolutely frustrating experience with Arangrant. Poor customer service, endless urequested travel calls, they will not stop calling, texting and emails for totally unrelated and unrequested travel.
Do not share your information with them.

My booking reference number was A*******, 2 Business class return tickets from New Delhi to New York. Onward 23rd October and return 31st October.
At the time of check in at the airport on 23rd October, LOT Airline staff didn't honor the ticket and they told me that the ticket is suspended.
I talked with the Aran Grant customer representative from the airport and they told me there is a chargeback from my side (I NEVER APPLIED FOR CHARGE BACK) This was a completely false allegation.
Then I returned from the airport and stayed at the hotel for 3 days and was on the call with the Aran Grant representative all the time DAY AND NIGHT talked with so many people and also provided payment confirmation from my bank ( same attached) that there was no chargeback and payment was successful.
But I got no solution, due to the urgency of my trip I purchased instant business class tickets and there was no confirmation given to me for my refund. When I reached the US I received my refund.
Now I need compensation for wasting my 3 days, Hotel expenses, travelling expenses, differential amount I spent for purchasing instant tickets and everything. That was the mental torture which you guys gave me. I will never book my tickets with you guys.

Terrible company! We booked two tickets from SFO to Entebbe on Turkish Air through Arangrant in March 2023. Our trip wasn't until November. Numerous flight time changes - i kept getting emails with update from Arangrant & Turkish Air. I thought all was fine until, two weeks before our flight, I called Turkish Air with a luggage question. They told me that our tickets weren't valid, since Arangrant hadn't updated our tickets with the last schedule change. We couldn't fly. Panicked, I called Arangrant. One of their agents messaged me back saying that the problem was fixed. I had a confirmation and ticket numbers. With this information I went to Turkish Air's website and tried to access our booking. Again, the booking came up as invalid. Turkish Air told me that while we had tickets, Arangrant hadn't attached them to our booking. Basically our tickets didn't have owners. We only had standby tickets. I was really upset, called Arangrant, who said they would have a supervisor get back to me. She did, saying that she spoke to turkish Air and that our booking would be reinstated. But apparently only one leg of a four leg flight was reinstated. The supervisor disappeared, answering neither phone calls or emails. Days went by - I was told repeatedly to wait 24 hours, they were working on it, etc. Then the DAY BEFORE our flight, we got a message from Arangrant that Turkish air refused to reinstate our tickets. We were going nowhere. We did get our tickets refunded by Arangrant (I did this by disupting the charge with my credit card company). But with 24 hours to go, I had to book NEW tickets, on another airline, which were insanely expensive at the last minute. Arangrant is blaming Turkish Air, saying they "refused" to reinstate the tickets. But how did the tickets get cancelled in the first place when we had confirmed reservations? It's because Arangrant screwed up, dragged us along for two weeks while they supposedly tried to fix it, our tickets got sold to someone else, and we were left with nothing. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Learn from my mistakes! Do not use this company! They will be incredibly unhelpful, and they sell unethical tickets that WILL cause you trouble!
Their business class tickets are also semi fraudulent. They won't give you free luggage, or lounges, so you're really only paying for your seat, not the whole experience. I booked a flight from London to San diego, my first flight was a fraudulent business class ticket, I had to paid for my baggage, no lounge use, no priority. My second leg was economy with zero upgrades or anything included.
If you have to contact customer good luck. They didn't return my calls for 3 days, and their support staff were international and couldn't understand my issue. Instead they were agressive and unhelpful and hung up on me multiple times. I wanted to cancel my second flight but they couldn't because it was part of my first flight, even though I had a 20 hour layover. When I called, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive.
Seriously, I don't know how anyone has had a good experience. I think all these reviews must also be fraudulent.

In searching for competitive business class fares to Europe we were able to find that with Arrangrant and their agent Quinn as he was able to secure a great rate fare and he was professional,patient with our needs. Highly recommended!

We bought tickets through them and they also sold us flight insurance. The flights to our destination (Baltic States) were ok.
When there was less than a week time to go back home to New York, we received an email from the air company that they canceled our flight. No explanation. We didn't really worry because things like that happen but that's why you buy insurance so the situation would be resolved.
No, this company also sent us an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They also sent several meaningless emails. The insurance happened to be as fraudulent as this company is.

The choices were almost nonexistent and the prices astronomical for one way flight.
This company offered nothing.
Also later on, after I already paid them, I found out that the price we paid them was slightly higher than in Google flights.

I recently had a ticket with your airline and needed to change the travel date. Following the instructions on your website, I proceeded to make the necessary changes online, for which I was charged $165.
To my dismay, after just an hour, I received an email from your company stating that my request for a date change had been rejected, citing an exorbitant changing fee of $1300. This sudden change in the fee is not only unreasonable but also completely unacceptable. I trusted the price offered by your website and made the necessary arrangements accordingly.
Furthermore, I have had to engage in multiple conversations through your customer service chat, which has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience. The representatives I interacted with displayed a lack of professionalism and were consistently rude. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a reputable company, and it has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
