I had to book a last-minute business trip to India, my usual international travel companies' website had crashed and I found Aran Grant, I am glad i did, everything was sorted within 15 minutes.
What I really liked is they gave me a separate invoice for my accounts department and an itinerary that fitted on one page, much better than the airlines do.

Waited for a scheduled call and she never called. I received an email stating my refund was resolved but I was never notified of the resolution. The 888 phone number provided was not the customer support group and I was transferred 4x. I spent 30 mins on the phone trying to talk to someone familiar with my case.

After hours we spend to finalize pricing and route, they send me link to fill out passenger information, then they send back confirmation with wrong flight date. If you don't read it immediately and 24 hours pass >> you can't change your booking or get refund
