Responsible service

Because it was my first time to buy a ticket with Arangrant, I felt a little insecure, so I had many questions in my mind. Before buying the ticket, they answered all my questions very patiently. After buying the ticket, I immediately went to the airline website. I was looking for my ticket, but couldn't find it online due to a problem with the airline's website. I contacted Arangrant's customer service center where the ticket was issued. I had to say the staffs all were helpful and had great attitude. I was impressed and very willing to write a good review for them.

I was promised that if I needed to change my travel dates the extra insurance I purchased would cover this. At no time did I receive a copy of the insurance policy. I had to request it 4 to 5 times before I finally found a small portion of it online. I was completely lied to about what was covered on the insurance. It was possible from the beginning that I would have to change the dates of the trip due to medical issues, and I explained this very clearly to the representative that helped me book the trip. When it came time for me to change my trip, they wanted an extra $3000-$4000 to change my tickets after I waited three weeks for them to come up with a solution to my problem. I started trying to change my ticketing at the end of September, and I could not get a I started trying to change my ticketing at the end of September, and I could not get an answer from them on what my options were until a week and a half before my trip departed. I am now going to lose $7800 in ticketing. Never will I use them again, and I hope everyone learns from my very expensive mistakes.
