I've just had the worst experience and a very rude delivery driver who went to the wrong address and when I told him I'm the building next door he replied saying it's not his problem and hung up the phone. Even when I told him I would come to meet him that it would take me 5 minutes he was so rude. This business is awful
I have always had issue with aramex from deliveries not turning up on Tim's to no contact when I try and call them. I will not buy from anyone who uses them in the future.
Trying to get a response from them is like trying to get your baby to eat his vegetables. The only ones that seem to care are their social team but even then it took me 3 days to find out why my package was stuck in Hong Kong for 2 weeks. Only to be told that the couldn't be shipped because it wasn't allowed.
I asked why, they said ask the shipper. Well the shipper doesn't have a problem! YOU do. Just tell me what your problem is. Funny thing is. I had the same package shipped by DHL and it was shipped no problem.
3 weeks for an express shipment? Get lost. 2023 and Aramex still doesn't change.
Totally useless service. Can't even speak to someone in their chat service. Parcels can't be tracked even though a tracking number is provided. It appears that they don't get picked up from the sender for weeks & then just sit in a depot. Currently waiting over 3weeks for deliveries to arrive in Melbourne from Sydney which usually takes 3 days. Absolutely abominable service & I will now longer deal with companies who use Aramex as their courier.

Everytime I get a parcel delivery from Fastway/ Aramax I end up deciding I'm not buying from that seller again. This is not a professional courier. They must be making some effort to get it so wrong. The staff are deliberately unhelpful and they fail deliveries without turning up. Ther should be a no star option. Well done people of Aramax you undoubtedly have the.crown!
WISH there was a minus 5 rating as 1 star is too high ….What a joke - spend hours dealing with this company as they do not use a phone! Waited all day for a delivery and the driver just rang the door bell and left the card BUT didn't wait for me to get to the door. THEN spent hours on a chat with a call center person who just kept blaming everyone but offering no solution based outcomes - when are companies going to understand SERVICE? We had better service in the 1800's than this company is offering - PICK UP THE PHONE - its quick easy and will save us all time money and effort! APPALLING COMPANY
I shipped a package to a customer who uses Aramex as their "middleman". Two days after tracking said it arrived, they wrote to my customer and claimed the box was handed to them completely opened by the mail carrier with damaged goods inside. Any attempt from me to obtain a statement saying when the package was received with photos of the outside of the box to show how it was received has been ignored. It is clear they opened the box for customs purposes and ripped the paper bag inside but they do not want to take responsibility. I am a small business owner and now I will have to take the loss on this to keep my customer happy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a wonder they have been able to stay in business, judging by all these review.
This has got to be the worst courier service to ever exist! My package got delayed so much and even ended up in the wrong location. Tried calling the delivery man I received a call from but there was no reply. They don't reply emails or return calls. Still yet to get my package
I did not receive my shipment after more than a month. They called me few times but they never came to my place.
I tried calling Aramex but there is no option to talk to an agent, basically no support for customer. Whatever option I chose in the call, it will give the same automated message and disconnect the call. No chance to speak to a staff. Only Aramex can call us any time and we as customer are never able to call and talk any staff. Very frustrating experience
I ordered a Siemens electric cooktop from Amazon.Ae (value of 600$, and I paid around 85$ for the shipment).
Aramex told me it has been fully damaged but they are not responsible about it, and it is the fault of the air freight and not their fault.
They even refused to send it back to Dubai for free.
Can't get worst service. No safety, No Inspection, No quality assurance, and the most important, no good customer service.

The worst delivery service, the couriers ignore any notes on the parcel. The Aramex miss any due dates for the delivery even when their customer submits the calling card left. Disappointed, do not recommend to deal with this company
On the international site is said that they have attempted delivery twice. Once at the Gold Coast in Queensland (266 km, 165 miles) and then yesterday in Sydney, New South Wales. (822 km, 510miles)
Yet the delivery is meant to be Millmerran in Queensland.
So after speaking with the depot in Toowoomba (where the parcel was yesterday 80km, 49 miles) from Millmerran, and no, I can not pick it up from the depot, they said they do not deliver to Millmerran and have sent the parcel back to Sydney so it can be returned to the sender in the UK unless they pay more to get the delivery to resent. Her exact words. See the Australian Armex site for the truth. As stated on the Australian site, no delivery attempts just passed around the country, driving through Millmerran to get to the depots.
They accept courier jobS they will never fulfil. Send texts saying they can dump your parcel an hour away with no explanation. When you reply with questions they do not respond and the numbers are from an automated system. Parcels disappears. Phone lines ring out. Chatroom is automated - so non existent. There is literally no way to contact this company, not even to make a complaint. One of the dodgiest companies I've ever come across.
This is the WORST courier company I've ever come across in my 40 years of life. They lie like there's no tomorrow and worst still either steal packages or do not deliver on time. Save your health and money by staying off them especially their shop and ship service.

I recommend businesses not to use this company as they not reliable I still have not received my shipment. I used another shipment company from same sender and I have received the parcel already and Aremex have not delivered I have received it 4days still have not heard from Aremex.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.
