I booked a parcel to pick up over 50 days ago. Apparently, the courier supposedly turned up on the second day to pick up the parcel. At 3:51PM 01/Jun/22, the parcel was marked as not there, No courier arrived at all, on top of the parcel being clearly in view. I arranged for a pickup again through the Auckland Aramex CS. I was appreciative of the minimal time taken to answer the call, from there, there was nothing good to add. After calling CS over 15 Times over the next 50 days, I was met with "we are so sorry, I've put this parcel on high priority and it will be picked up today", ever since call 1. The last call I made I was talked over myself to explain that it should be picked up. I asked for reimbursement for damages done from time delays and parcel damage from over-exposure to weather. I thought I would get at least something back because the fair trading acts of 2017 as well as Aramex's own policy were violated. I was told quite smugly too, that this was impossible, due to the parcel not being picked up. I then asked for them to pick the parcel up, as per the contract. I was then told, "we are sorry but that is impossible". At that point, I lost it and let some less professional words lose. After that, I was told I can be put on hold, and I was left listening to an automated voice for the next indefinite amount of time. The CS rep should be fired for that, that was a clear move of spite. A courier company that can't pickup? May as well be a paperweight service.
Over the last couple of years, I have had no issues with Aramex, but this was enough to turn anyone away for good.
Overall I have never ever come across so many lies from a CS rep telling me the parcel is getting picked up, as well as a confirmation email 20 days later. I've sought legal advice and there are grounds for this to be followed. If this unfortunate event happens to you, record every call, get another email confirmation, and get an SMS confirmation. Aramex can get held accountable for poor business ethics.
As I write this review (of which I have never written many ever) on 25/Jul/22, the parcel still has not been picked up (I will be rebooking to NZpost now). If an Aramex CS rep reads this, please check my calls to Michelle from Auckland in your database, no customer deserves that treatment from CS!
I have placed a request for picking up on a item from Pakistan to be shipped to the UAE on July 7 2022, it is now July 19th 2022. I have called multiple times through out the 2 weeks of waiting with little to no help from customer service from there call center. They just regurgitate the same line we will send a email to the branch in Pakistan to get a update on your shipment, or your order is still in process, or the kicker they are on route to collect the item we will notify you once it is picked up from the shippers location! I have given address, location and my availability, yet I couldn't get the item delivered for the fifth time. The delivery guy calls us 2/3 times back to back and if we cannot pick the call, that's it. We cannot call that number. It goes to out of service. This is absolutely bull$#*!.
Arranged a pickup, careless driver took the the parcel but never scan the label. Item was lost in transit, merchant consider item was not shipped on time and cancelled my sales order, resulted me being penalized.
Called their useless CS for almost 2 weeks, the same answer from them every time, that the operation team will investigate and give me a callback within 48 hours. Worst thing is I have to repeat my issue every calls to different CS, proved that they never put any notes or record you case at all. Until now I never receive any call back from Aramex, even I have found out that item was later being sent without the tracking being updated! This telling me that Aramex support don't even bother to give you a follow up and just let the issue pass silently, pretending nothing has happened. WORST shipping company that I ever deal with.

Waited for my parcel and was home all day on the 6th and 7th. No one called or contacted me. A card was placed into my post box stating that someone came buy found no one home. I have tried multiple times to contact them but you can only do so via Whatsapp or messanger. How is this type of service allowed. I have no idea where my parcel is and it is a birthday present from the UK. Never again Aust Post. Can not even read the hand writing on the card fully
They gave me promise, my shipment will delivery no longer than 4-5 days. It is 2 hours by airplane. 13 days! Still moving all over the world. Idiotsssss army working there. No more Comment. Never ever try or use them.
Express mail is about fast delivery. Aramex does not respect its customers and has no sense to time. Please guys don't use Aramex.

Consistently terrible experiences with this incompetent company. Parcels cronically delayed, lost, sent to our neighbors instead of us or found up the street. It just amazes me that they're still in business. Aramex you're not fooling anyone with your clever re-branding, you absolutely sucked as FastWay and you seem to have got even worse as Aramex. Don't buy from businesses that use Aramex, that's the only way they're going to feel the pain they have inflicted on us consumers.
I had previously shipped one of the products from America and I shipped it 4 times without problems. When I wanted to ship the product for the 5th time, they told me that it is forbidden to ship it even though it is the same product. When I asked for a picture of the product, there may be an error. I do not get an answer and the case was closed without a response CAS/0322/1290

What displeased me more that i was always paid about $20 for shipping from America to Morocco, And when a shipment was stopped in America, they asked me to pay the same price if I wanted to return the product to the supplier who is in the same country
I have now had four experiences with Aramex Courier Service and each one was bad!
Each time this happens:
1. Driver requests location and photo of building.
2. Courier never arrives.
3. I receive a message on the Aramex website: "Customer not available. Package returned to Depot".
What type of service is this?

Don't waste your time using Aramex and use a courier company that knows their business!
If I could give them a zero star would be great. I had a package sent on Jan23rd I called on feb1st they said they will send email to pay the customs and I received this email on Friday Feb4th. Today is Tuesday Feb. 8th and didn't receive it yet l. I paid $235 for. 5kg for this unprofessional service. Never ever again
In spite of being a long time user of the Aramex Shop and Ship service, I never realized how pathetic their customer service would be till I actually had to deal with them. There's no person to talk to if an issue arises. The rep who answers the phones just parrots out something she's programmed to talk but never makes any earnest attempt to resolve issues. You can't reach any of their supervisors. I did once but that was it- nothing further from there either. Mails are answered by referring to their set responses. And then there is their delivery service that thinks they are a totally different company and has no co-ordination with their office departments. They keep sending 'attempted delivery' messages even without any attempt and there's no way you can reach through to someone sensible to tell them the situation. My paid package has been with them for two months now and I am yet to receive it in my hands. Truly pathetic customer service.
Aramex getting from bad to worse> they are employing least knowledgeable staff & cant handle very minor issue> They are having lack of communication among their department that shows how bad they are. Aramax is unbeliveable bad.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
