I dont usually write reviews but had to write one about this company. I have never experienced such poor customer services from any other shipping company. We tried to contact the company 4th times and it has been over 2 weeks and still no response. Their website is not updated and unable to track my package. I would never again use this company and i would definitely not recommend it.
If you every consider shipping from overseas to South Africa DONT use Aramex. They are just absolutely unless. They not get back to you. They pass he blame. They blame you. Then will all docs and things they need is sorted then they go on holiday and still dont get back to you. 3 months i have been waiting and Bongani and Vanessa from Aramex South Africa should be ashamed of their customer service.
I will never used them again, not even if they paid me to use them! That is how terrible they are.

This courier is terrible, very bad service, no attention to detail International packages are sent to domestic locations back and forth or instead of directly to the international location, they send the package to other countries. DO NOT use them no timeliness and no care for their customers
Meant to receive order and the driver had said they will come within the arranged time but did not pitch nor call... instead texted later during unavailable time and gave me attitude... this is the 2nd time now with this experience..

I have order from first on the wrong address than when I cleared them. They are like that call company. I called them than they clear the address they told in nxt business days they will deliver. They dont even care…they after two week send 2 shipment and other 2 they lied that we are unavailable & not picking up the call. They are the liar…than I again called they told 1 of 2 is returned oky I told them that I want my shipment but they are so dumb they dont understand nething…last they told 1 shipment to pick up from sulay we went in evening before 6p. M…the msg for pick up come in morning when we went to pick they told its has been returned. It's so irritating I don't understand…worst company staff n all. N da drivers n all they don't care. So much van so much delivery drivers but they don't doing there work properly…large online companies should stop using Aramex for shipment…i toh will not shop from company who send through Aramex…they are so dumb…please don't call there customer care service they will more confuse you…
They don't deserve even 1 review point and I wish I could have given them an even lower rating. They are the worst courier company with very poor logistics, extremely slow shipments, and no accountability on the lost parcel.

Received a notification that my parcel was being delivered at my doorstep but Nothing came. I received a missed call and trying to call them back but they are not reachable and no one call me back to at least informed me that they left it at my doorstep. From the day of delivery date I have to repeatedly place a complaint and explain everything to every new customer agent everyday. Day four of my follow up it turned out it was delivered to someone else's apartment when they shared the picture where they left it! Now today is the 6th day and it seemed they blocked my number and can't seem to reply to the two customer services email address who shared me the pictures. Now my parcel is nowhere to be found and did not get a response that they are doing something to retrieve my parcel which they know it is their fault. It seems that as long they know it's already been delivered doesn't matter it's the correct address or not, their job is done! Wow! My money, my time and my call credits have been wasted!
Very disappointed! First time I encountered this horrible service from a courier company. I feel bad to those suppliers who make them as the courier for their products. I strongly discouraged the people on using them for your deliveries!

Worst delivery Experience ever. Terrible service.No responsibility. Not responsive people, Rude s. They lost my 1st parcel, they delivered the 2nd parcel to the wrong address, and finally, they try to have delivered the 3rd parcel at 6 am to the address! How silly is that!? They even don't care about time! I will contact Amazon Logistics (Australia) to stop sending parcels with this irresponsible courier. And I will write my experience everywhere. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Silly people. GO TO HELL.
The worst company I have ever encountered. Tracking is off. Service is non existent. NEVER ON TIME! I contact sellers to ask who they use and if it is Aramex I will pay more and order from someone else.
I waited for my package for 10 days it never arrived! Aramex don't even have a phone number to contact them! They know that they fail every time! They don't even apologize for the mistakes they make!
And i never received my package at the end! Someone needs to close down this crap of a company

Long story short - They are horrible company. Inaccurate delivery dates, Inaccurate tracking information. You cannot reach them easy AT ALL. Careless customer service agents. No wonder why DHL is the leader among all of the rest.
I ordered something from Shein and the estimated delivery dates were 21 October 2021 to 25th
As I'm writing this now I only received a duty payment SMS which they send to me on the 31st October. I did paid the duty which I think it was overcharged, okay After that my parcel is still stuck somewhere in Johannesburg no updates nothing at all. Calling them to no avail... nobody picks up. It's so annoying and to think I like shopping on Shein but this Aramex is so so boring.
I just hope they deliver my parcel before December and I wish Shein or other companies don't use them

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
