I called up aramex to pick up a schedule and upon reconfirming with them, when the delivery possible to almaty from ajman, They said maximum 5 days, based on thier committment, i request them to come next day and they informed anytime between 3 pm you are comfortable for collection, i said yes, Inspite of calling them for confirmation at 2 pm, they said collection boy will reach at 3 pm but he turned at 5.35 pm was in a very hurry, he just nabbed the parcel and payment, the next day by evening i got an update in their portal by 11.35 pm that the courier is in hold for shipper id and Invoice not available. Immediately i send by mail and followed the next day three times to get acknowledge whether they received or not. I got reply they have received at 10 am and shipment is scheduled for today on priority basis and in tracking the portal, the shipment has left to destination from the origin destination at 11.04 am and during next day tracking i found the same showing it has left 5.pm from the destination of origin. Third day same results and My staff has left for airport today without receiving Parcel. For sending 45 aed parcel we paid 140 dhs inspite the service was pathetic, They couldnt deliver in time, Very pathetic customer support.
Three of my parcels from 3 different sellers sat in the Aramex Chullora warehouse in Sydney for over a month and I live about 40 minutes drive from there. Call the Aramex 1300 327 892 and you hear a spiel saying "due to the current lockdowns, we are delivering many more parcels than we normally do". Well mine wasn't one of them. Oh and the lockdowns ended over 3 weeks ago. After waiting on hold to get through to the Call Centre, you can barely understand what the Operator is saying because they are located in the Philippines and have heavy accents. All during lockdown, I was receiving parcels via other couriers, from as far as Victoria, within 5 days but nothing from Aramex. Next time I buy something online, I will message the Seller to find out which courier service they use. If it's Aramex, I will buy from another Seller. Save yourself the anguish and do not use this company.
WORST EVER SERVICE OF ARAMEX EVER I HAD SEEN... BETTER TO HAVE DHL OR OTHER COURIER SERVICE AND WONT GIVE SERVICE TO ARAMEX. ARAMEX ROBOT THERE SHOULDNT BE THERE FOR TRACKING
I have a few parcels that the online merchant use them. All my parcels got delayed and one extremely expensive item, thousands of dollar, was LOST by Aramex!
It's the worst of the worst shipping service in the world and no body should ever use them, because they will mess up everything!
He never respects the delivery deadlines and their after-sales service is really bad. Avoid this company
My experience with Aramex has been horrific, I've ordered a parcel more that two months ago and still not even at the delivery hub and their customer service is shocking I can sit on the phone for hours before someone answers and, then I still get no help, I've sent countless emails and haven't gotten a reply from any of them. Aramex is so quick to take your money but won't do their job.
Everytime i have an order from Aramex, the shipment is always late, YOU CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE, THE DRIVER CALLS ONE TIME ONE RING IF U MISSED THE CALL THEY NEVER CALL BACK, IF U WANT TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER ITS IMPOSIBLE, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IT S HORIBLE, AND EVERYWHERE ITS FULL OF BAD REVIEWS AND STILL NO CHANGES.
WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!
My order Arrived Kuwait on Sep 13th, 2021 and was cleared from customs the next day. After that the tracking was not updating. IN spite of trying to speak to any employee by call center, there is no way you can speak to any body, sending e-mails is still the same with no reply. The shipment went to customs clearance again on Sep 25th. Reason unknown, today Oct 2nd i went my self to there H. O and surprise, the customer support agent is also not aware where is the shipment. Now, i am stuck. I will never ever use Aramex again. Bad and worst service i have seen in my life.
BEFORE YOU EVER CONSIDER USING ARAMEX DELIVERY UNLIMITED, READ THE TONS OF BAD REVIEWS. No customer service whatsoever. Their site provides an oline "Open Request" form; they assure will receive a response within 48-hours. 5 re-initiated Updates to the Open Request, over 400-hours and no response or attempt at contact was ever made. The Opened Request was because they claimed to the Seller (I am buyer) that I refused delivery - which is absolutely made-up. So, in addition to no Customer Service, they fraudulently create reasons for their losing a package. I AGREE WITH THE HORDES OF BAD REVIEWS STATING, "How can they remain in business?"
Aramex nz are the worst company to deal with avoid at all cost 2 days for a parcel to go from depot to depot only 29 k apart they say its covid but i see the driver delivering to both houses next door. It them 9 days in total to deliver a parcel 5 ks away to me
Courier didn't bother knocking despite the fact that everyone in Melbourne is at home in lockdown. Instead, judging by the photos they sent me of "proof of delivery", they left the package in my letterbox in CLEAR sight of the street, and it was stolen. No notification of delivery whatsoever. Only contact came through the seller, more than five hours after the supposed delivery time.
Customer service representatives give fake contact information to avoid dealing with the situation (see photo) - "*******000" is not a real number.
Interesting how many google profiles this company has - clearly trying to obscure the masses of terrible reviews they bring in. No wonder they've had to rebrand from Fastway to continue doing business.
This company has no morals, no delivery ethics, no time frame consciousness to the client.

Basically Aramex is trash! The company was trash when it was called Fastways, now, renamed and taken over by Arabs, this company is worse than pathetic. Absolutely a total disgrace to service
I've had the worst experience with this shipping company. I've placed two orders at Shein. They sent me the delivery dates as at the latest the 5th of September 2021 for the first package and 10 September 2021 for the second. As an avid online shopper I excitedly tracked these parcels religiously but started noticing that they do not update you after the parcel arrived at clearance in South Africa. I started following up with Shein as well as Aramex, as to be expected Shein couldn't do much but send you 100 coins and Aramex responded days later saying the package was detained at customs and I would have to pay R1075. 20 to have it "processed", mind you, I've paid almost R5000 for the order itself. I paid it and sent the proof of payment to which I still had to wait a further 2 weeks because they updated the parcels status as "declined because of health concerns" then all of a sudden when I sent a message to them again they updated it as "sent to Kimberly delivery office" I've luckily received the parcel today 14 September 2021 after a lot of hassle.
The second parcel has arrived in the country on 26 August 2021 and yet they never updated me any further on it. I had to send emails to them again just to hear that it's at customs. It seems like they are using this tactic to get money out of you. I've received an email just now saying that I have to pay R376.98 to get it sent to me. I know that covid has hit everyone, but this shipping company should up their standards. I hope that Shein starts making use of Buffalo logistics as it never gives you this much hassle. I don't even pay R1000 when FedEx delivers my orders. I'm very disappointed, they took the joy out of online shopping
I don't understand how after promising me that the parcel was delayed due to Covid-19 in my follow-up with support, suddenly, after 1 week, they realize the package was overweight/oversized. It makes me wonder how they accepted the parcel for delivery and realised that it doesn't fit into their vans on the day of delivery?. Just not responsive enough. Too bad all these negative reviews are doing nothing to change the way Aramex operates. Avoid sending items through them if possible.

If I were able to give them less than 1 star I would. Over the past 4 years their service has been slipping constantly, so it has nothing to do with COVID19.

Conflicting status between call center agents. As an example:
Supposedly my shipment left the states 1 Sep 2021 according to their tracking. Yesterday 7th Sep I called cause there isn't an update the agent states my package is in the UAE hub however on hold because its damaged. 15 minutes later he calls and says they thought it was damaged but it wasn't and should arrive Kuwait today the 8th. Since there wasn't an update as usual, I had to call. The agent that spoke to me today says the shipment has never left the USA office.
What do you call that service...!
Aramex Qatar: why are they still in business? Their service is substandard and potentially dangerous, since they don't seem to store and transport goods in an air conditioned environment in the local heat.

They are horrible, my fiancé is in the military try to send his personal belongings home from Iraq. They were holding his package in Turkey wanting 2,391.00 so i paid it, they wanted Bitcoin or American Express for payment I did American Express. They released the package then it was held again this time in Porto Rico now the want 4,491.00 that is around 7k just to get his personal belongings home. So I called American Express to see where the cards were used while not to Aramex how about on Mac cosmetics and pay pal how about Neumann Marcus Big time scammers beware!

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Yes but it's useless tracking system, you will not receive your shipment in time and it's a waste of money and time trying to track any shipment Failure courier service DO NOT USE IT, EVER
Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
