After having had the misfortune of dealing with this company for many months on Amazon orders while living overseas in Turkey, I can confidently state that doing business with this company should be avoided at all costs! Compared to DHL, whose shipments typically take 4-5 business days going from USA to Turkey, Aramex's shipments typically take 4-5 weeks, if they arrived at all (about 50%), with many inexplicable long holds at transfer centers, even whole still in the USA.
What's more — their online forms (e.g., Customs Info) are dysfunctional, returning the same errors after many months of my reporting issues which means dealing with their practically non-existent customer service every time, just to enter this routine info. They don't have any real time customer service, almost NEVER picking up their phones in either their international or local offices, and do not reply to emails except maybe many days later with formulaic cut-and-paste replies that do not offer real assistance whatsoever. I have thus resorted to contacting their Instagram account (whoever that is run by) and still get a run around, with numerous empty promises to inquire about a situation. But then they will rarely, if ever, get back to you, and when you complain again, the process just starts all over.
I am absolutely livid with the current services bring rendered to me just before my big day.
I don't see how a receiver of a product should be liable for the sender under declaring items. I havw have requested to make repeated payments towards aramex account, never called by any consultant but receive emails in different formats asking me for money to release my goods. I am so disappointed
I still haven't received my parcels and customs keeps logging the same update in the system. Someone absolutely needs to look into this from their head office.
They keep accepting the job but refuse to deliver? Although I live in suburban Gold Coast it really makes no sense as every other courier and Auspost deliver here every day
Extremely in reliable company
I have ordered two separate items from two separate suppliers - neither parcel has arrived. Little or no feedback from repeated requests for updates. When ordering in future from overseas suppliers I check to make sure their Supplier is not Aramex.
Ordered very expensive prototypes from our supplier in china, have engineers and workers waiting for the package here in Australia (labour costs per day is very expensive to have them sitting around waiting), they said they have delivered the package, have called them 14 times in the last week to see where it is and no one can tell me anything, honestly go with DHL or Fedex as they are similar price and way better service.

My parcel through a forwarding company nybox is in their hands a week now but not scanned. They told nybox that it will be shipped in the next flight which no one know when it is. They have not answered my mail for 5 days now and nybox say its not their problem even its only to ask them when is the next flight. Only after 8 days! The status is "shipped". I finished for ever with both of them. Nightmare this Dubai company
If you're expecting a parcel, add a week or two to the delivery date they provide you. They are extremely slow and always have delays.
Worst company for delivery & every day becomes worse than before... always late, missing or damaged parcels, rude customer service & delivary system. If you are going to pick up from branch be ready to stand in sun & hot, humid weather waiting to be served by very very rude customer service telling you that you're not their client your the client of the company you purchase your items from & that it's not their business that aramex app is sending false info.

Their service is really poor. One of my supplier sent cusons documents from Turkey to kerala on july 6, arrived at Bangalore on july 9 and got gate pass on july 12. I was calling from july 13 onwards as it was urgent. They were saying that handed over to third party agent for delivery but tracking shows that it is in Bangalore only and finally the customer representative informed that on july 16 the document in Bangalore only holding due to there is no service agent in our place. I requested on july 17 to send thru any local courier services. Simply holding it till july 20 and it is sent through India post ordinary parcel services. But the Aramex tracking shows that it is delivered and recvd by our company on july 20. Actually it is recvd in my hand on july 27. This stupid aramex sent this document through normal parcel services and took 7 days to reach my location from Bangalore. Pls do not use their service.

I had a very bad experience with Aramex kuwait, where I didnt recieve my shein order while its shows as delivered.
It took me very long to able to contact reach to Aramex representative.
When I told her that I didnt receive order, she said its delivered to you:)

My advise before you do any business with Aramex try to reach them as if you are complaining and you will know how bad they are
The worst service ever! While you're at home, the claim no one is at home, claim they left a card. In actual fact, door bell never rang, no card left and now i have to send multiple emails for items that should have been delivered. I understand delays due to COVID etc but claiming they did something they didn't makes me so upset as i run a small business and this delivery company is so unreliable. Sometimes they just leave the item unattended and i live in an apartment where there has been theft. So frustrating and gives me so much stress every time i have to deal with this courier company.
Shipment not yet delivered for more than a week
I had a shipment from next UK and it arrived in Dubai on 12th July 2021 and it is not yet delivered to me. Their whatsapp scheduling is not good. I arranged for pickup from a different branch but they sent me a message saying to pick from a faraway aramex branch. I contacted their call centre, first of all say it is very difficult to reach an agent and after long wait I got connected to an very unprofessional agent who did not address without any salutation not tried to understand my problem. I connected to the call centre and nobody contacted me back nor they delivered the item till now. Please do not choose Aramex for shipments.
I ordered an item on ebay and the seller gave a 3-5 day delivery guarantee.
This seller uses Aramex as the delivery service. I ordered on the 1st July and had not received the package by 12th July. I complained to the seller but to no avail. The Aramex tracking page now shows 2 attempts were made to deliver the package 12th & 13th July and that a card was left. These claims can be shown as false. The 24/7 CCTV footage does not support the claim by the courier and no photo was produced proving a card was left at the property, something all couriers now do as proof.
The courier that made the false claims works in the Turramurra area and did not take into account that we were under NSW Health Order lock down so several persons were at home at the times the courier made the false claims. Clearly the deception was not well thought out.
As a result of this deception, the business will no longer order from businesses that use Aramex as their courier service and I would urge anyone thinking of using Aramex to search "Aramex complaints" on Google before committing to using Aramex. After reading a couple of pages of sad stories I cannot believe Aramex is still in business.
In this case we had the protection of Paypal but many I fear would not be so lucky.
Unbelievable how they lose parcels in their own warehouse. Then they informed me it's not lost, we just don't know where it is in the warehouse. 14 days from Melb to Syd and still waiting.
Never use them -pay more for other providers.

Pick -up delayed by 5hrs and it would have been delayed by far more if I had not spent 2 hours on the phone chasing. What a waste of time! Absolutely poor.
The parcel was sent to completely the wrong address despite all my details being entered correctly on my side. Customer service provided absolutely no assistance, simply telling me the parcel had successfully arrived - with no concern for the fact that it had arrived at the wrong address. No support provided when I complained and followed up.
Very bad service. Tracking is not good and customer support also not good. I am not receive any call from delivery agent but my parcel is rejected because of customer not available. I am in home but my parcel is refused. What happened I don't know.
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
