Packages lost left and right, their website doesn't even state a zip code for their NY address... piss poor performance for a company that claims to be in the "freight business"...
JUST HORRIBLE. The company delayed my package for about a month and when it was finally delivery date it was asking me for custom duty charge again which was already paid while sending the parcel and it didn't even deliver the package till now. It just always shows that customer refused the package whereas no attempt was made for delivery. Please stay away from this FRAUD company.

They will not answer your calls, try another company if you do not want headaches. Even the website is a waste of time
Very pathetic services, Not willing to get the shipment cleared from custom. We have provided all the documents still they only keep sending automated mails and voice calls.

Aramex couriers wellington franchise provide terriable service and when you ring to seek assistance youare fobbed off to an overseas call service who promise to "sort out your problem", but actually do nothing. Beware of any business that wont give a local contact number.
This week alone one item went missing but managed to get refund from retailer. Item has been travelling Christchurch to Dunedin since 11th of April. Currently having issue with goods from Briscoes Amarex in Nth Island say they have arrived Dunedin. You ring Amarex Dunedin but get no answer. Their tracking details suddenly update saying delayed but no info on type of delay or currentlt where goods actually are. I am in process of trying to demand refund from Briscoes.
I am writing in regards to a recent shipment I received from your company and when I opened the delivery package for checking the products inside, I found that all of them were in broken state. Unfortunately the original box has been changed and removed from cover box ( packaging box stock videos and clips available to use in if required) and I had sign off Shield Protection Application but they ignored there responsibility by asking me to contact KSA office I try to call there office 39 times and they keep me on hold after they cut the line!the (I have all the documents and details) Therefore, I do expect Aramex constructive to be responsible for paying and refunding my total loss
My item has said it "will be picked up/delivered" for over 48hrs. It was supposed to be delivered by April 10th. I called & was on hold for 30min without being able to speak to anyone.
Aramex is a complete disaster. Delivery time is unpredictably long. The tracking service on the site shows incorrect information. The customer support service does not try to solve problems, but writes meaningless messages. Stay away from this company.

It's been more than 2 weeks since we canceled the orders due to Aramex's complicated procedures that have resulted in a failure to deliver a product which is the only service they got but still they fail to deliver that. And to this day we have no update on the refund process. I'll have to report a fraud case against ARAMEX for their hesitation in taking such responsibilities.

The worst ever freight company in Australia. DO NOT USE IT. As a business company (spent $*******/year) we have used the old Fastway and Aramex for some years, and I can tell you the service is getting very bad.
You paid for an extra service, POD (Proof of delivery) as we sell alcohol, and they are not able to get a name and uploaded it on their portal. I have done at least 200 enquiries in the past month to get POD.
STAY AWAY from THEM. Customer service and accountability of their mistakes is non-existent. USE Auspost or Border Express more reliable.

WHEN YOU ARE LEFT WITH NO WAY OUT TO GET YOUR SHIPMENT AND EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS NO ANY ASSITENCE AND YOU THINK YOUR SHIPMENT IS LOST
ONE DAY ARAMEX GUY WILL CALL YOU THAT I AM COMING TO YOU WITH UR SHIPMENT.
THIS HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES WHEN SOMEBODY SEND ME A SHIPMENT THROUGH ARAMEX.
Failed to deliver on due date, statements on their system that two attempts were made which is an absolute lie. Numerous emails to customer support as their phone helpline is useless, only one response with no resolution. Avoid Aramex like the plague their service is zero.
Worst courier company... At the beginning of 2022, a package was missing. Either they stole it, or they just threw it away... I corresponded with them for almost a year, they generally ignore me. In the Ukrainian office says that they do not answer their requests either...
It was the worst experience of my life.They delayed my passport delivery, It was with them from US embassy after I got my visa approval, even after 4 days it still remained in the same branch, while tracking ID showed that its on way and it was informed on call that it will be delivered within 24 hours.My flight, my trip to other country was missed due to Aramex.
No contact could be done, great trouble caused and mental stress too
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
