For my shipment from USA to UAE My friend paid two time through website of Aramex International, both time, money deducted and get no invoice or shipping number by aramex. Then they said we can not find you in the system. Ny friend have to open dispute of credit card.
I though i can do better
Then I tried to fill form for same shipment, same happen on the website.
4 time i reached the customer service asking about money they deducted. Each time they changed the statement to dont give the money back.
One can not find us then agree to refund then said made mistake no refund only to the sender not to the one who paid that is reduculous then the information is not enough I have to open dispute too for my 457 doller. I m so disappointed by Aramex
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this courier service for an international shipment from India to Germany. Half of my package was delivered over two months late, well beyond the promised delivery timeframe. The other half of the shipment was sent back to India because of incomplete and improper documentation, which was entirely the courier service's responsibility. It was evident that the company had no clear understanding of how to handle international shipments, and their lack of professionalism and communication caused significant delays and losses. To make matters worse, no refund was issued for the part of the shipment that was returned and never reached us. Their customer service was unhelpful and evasive throughout the entire ordeal. Aramex allows your details to be hacked - creeps ringing to get my banks details so I can be compensated for non delivery. Absolutely stinks and shouldn't be touched with a barge pole - Indians ringing with names like John Smith. Where are my bloody parcels?
Unfortunately I have been dealing with Aramex for a while only because they work with Asos in Dubai and there was not a single time in which I haven't gotten frustrated. They dont have a landline that you can contact them, no one answers on chat bot but the most infuriating thing is scheduling for a package collection and literally no one shows up, no notifications, no emails, nothing! When you finally get a hold of them they give you a lame excuse or just say that the collection has been cancelled for no reason. It's absolutely pathetic and insulting. They should not in the market at all. I shop online a lot with much bigger companies and have wonderful service and customer service always. Absolutely an embarrassment of a company!
Aramex simply disappears parcels, openly publishes false tracking data, is unable to be contacted except by bot & a call centre in Dubai staffed by people who are mandated not to assist. I could detail my own experience but why bother when there are tens of thousands of similar reviews already out there? Is my next move to visit the Oceania CEO Andrew van der Velde at his home at 11 Wonga Rd Cremorne NSW 2090?
I am so very disappointed with this delivery company! They specifically stated that the delivery time is 2-4 days when I ordered my package (it also says it on their delivery matrix) but after getting in contact with them on the day of my expected delivery because I had not received any delivery updates in 2 days, they told me that I just need to keep an eye on my delivery status as the 10-15 day delivery period had not passed! (You can see from the photo I have attached that the delivery date certainly has passed) How have they all of a sudden gone from having a 2-4 day delivery period to 10-15 days? Also, how can a delivery company even give you a link to track your package if they do not update it? If I knew it would take this long I would have just driven to the place to pick up my package or paid $20 extra so my package would arrive when I needed it, but now I have to sit here wondering when my package will be here and if it will arrive before I have to go away for 10 days! This company is an absolute JOKE and you should avoid choosing them at all costs! (Please note that the date of experience is one day off as it would not let me enter the 10th of January which is today for me)

1.9 days to ship a package from the U.S.A. to the Philippines! (I could have swam there in that amount of time!) 2. Some put a O instead of a D for the destination city! Would not respond to requests to fix the spelling error! 3. Falsely Marked as "Picked Up By Carrier" 4. No Response from your Website! 5. No response when called, no answer, Left Message,no call back! 6. We believe our package is now STOLEN. 7. Waylaying a shipment is a FEDERAL OFFENSE! 8. We are filing a Complaint with the F.T.C. And the U.S. Government for waylaying packages.
I had two back to back incidents with Aramex in the UAE which made me not want to use their services ever again! I contacted them about getting a document from a consulate in Dubai and they said for that I need to go to their offices to handle it in person, which I did but after a 40 minute drive to the nearest office, i was told that they do not provide this service! 2nd, I shipped an urgent document overseas and I chose premium service which is to arrive the next day, but it arrived 3 days later and they refused to give me part of my money back or even apologize for late delivery. I could go into details of how unhelpful they were on the phone and never followed up with my case. I definitely will NOT be using this service again. Please be aware when you ship with them
Twice Amazon US has selected Aramex to deliver my packages to Turkey and twice they have lost the packages after they got them to their New York facility. I am hitting every review site I can find and the story is the same on all of them (except 1 with fake reviews) this company is hated by consumers and should be out of business.
Aramex can not deliver on time nor care about it package in aramex hands from 29 Nov 2023 and to date q8 Dec 2023 no updates what's app no response nor if you call. Do no updates on the site and if you get hold of them not willing to help or take responsibility.
Aramex is the $#*!tiest service i have ever seen, i do not recommend at all, you will. Loose your money and energy for nothing, their process is *******, they lie to people and they do not deliver their promises

I have used aramex a few times in the past and it was always a horrible experience. I have sworn to myself to never use them again but this time it was not my choice as I was returning an item to a company that chose to use aramex. I have scheduled a pick up online, based on the availability provided by aramex. But surprise surprise on the scheduled date nobody showed up. I have raised this to aramex' customer support who confirmed the courier will pick up the package for sure the next day. This continued for 5 days, till now nobody has shown up and I get the same fake promise from the customer support that today for sure mam they will pick up your package.
This is by far the worst I have ever experienced. This company is an utter disgrace who does not care even one bit about the customers. I wish there was an option to give 0 rating as aramex does not deserve even that 1 star!
I ordered an item in Adidas. On the day of the delivery I was on duty and I did not receive any call from Aramex about the delivery. Upon checking the in the application in the afternoon on the same day, the status of my order was changed to "Request for Pick-up" meaning they will return the item to the shipper. Also on that day I received email from adidas that I will return the item which I did not itiated. There is something with their system. How come they return the item without consent from the receiver. As of this writing 17-10-23 I have not received yet my orders. Worst couirer ever

Worst courier service. My husband is waiting for his package since Thursday 28th September but no show by Aramex. Emailed the complaint and no proper answer received. Poor service they will never improve.

I have been in business for 30yrs and ARAMEX has to have the worst unreachable customer service on the planet. You can't call them as they don't answer the phone. They suggest you chat to them on-line which is maned by a chatbot that just sends you round in circles and is completely useless. You can't even chat to a real person if you try. No matter which office or depot you call their customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favour and use anyone else but ARAMEX. Congratulations to ARAMEX management on completely destroying any credibility that this company used to have. You should be ashamed to call yourself a business.
Pour service, they take way too long to deliver your parcel and you struggle to get hold of them, and when you do they have lots of stories to tell you as to why they are taking so long. I would not recommend them at all!
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
