I purchased a Macbook Pro (16 inch 2021) with 64GB Ram and 4TB SSD a few weeks ago and it is absolutely a joy to use. I fully expect it to have a long life (my MacBook G4 still boots!). There is just one thing I've noticed which, after several weeks of usage, has become a minor annoyance: the keys on the keyboard are closer together than on the my Air. The external keyboard on my iMac or my Dell laptop. I'm sure my fingers will eventually learn where things are but in the meantime I'm having to fix a lot of misplaced keystrokes. So, just be aware of this if you decide to head down this path.

A joke

It's a great card as long as the water is smooth. The minute there is a ripple it sucks. You call four time and I get four different answers and nothing gets done. I was so frustrated that I closed the account it's not worth the hassle.

Iphone is definitely the best phone on the market, definitely! But price is too much don't you think? I really think that for that price phone must looked totally different than previous model, i don't see that here

Company should provide charging blocks on phones that are $1000. After all the phones do you have to be charged, just bought three phones for a total of overthrow $3500 and they've been one charging bought included, should be one block per phone. When calling to complain, Apple could care less they just stated blocks were available purchase.

Apple deliberately makes bugs in old iOS versions. My iMessage sometimes doesn't work, this has caused me to miss important events including a get together with my family. It is absolutely unacceptable what they do and get away with

Apple company blocked my iTunes and AppStore account with $150 on it. Apple support including senior adviser said that account was disabled for violating some rules but do not tell exactly what rules and say they cannot return my money they stole from my account

I ordered 2 iPhone 14 pro's, an Apple Watch ultra and EarPod Pro 2's on September 9th at 8am as soon as they went on sale. All had delivery dates in October! Every phone company was advertising them as well. I went to a store and walked out with my new phones the following day. Same with the watch. Canceled all the deliveries. Just bought new Iphone 14, used my all 11 for years now and I was very satisfied with it. All app wokred without glinch, camera is only not that good, I think Samsung have more quality when it comes to that, but everything esle Iphone is much better!

I understand why Verizon gave this to me for free. This product is garbage compared to a Walmart android. I could go on and on, just DO NOT waste your money. Apple decommissions their product for adequate service faster than any service. Everything costs money to do anything at all and is against you for formatting software. If you know nothing about technology and do not care wasting your money, then go for it.
Heed this warning heavily. You wanted to know and I barely skimmed the surface. Just get a Samsung.

I forgot my password - Apple's requirements are asinine. I went into recovery mode which was supposed to take 24 hours. 24 hours later, the system said I have to wait another 24 hours. I waiting and after 48 hours of waiting, it stated that must another 48 hours. Complete horse $#*!.

Great quality!

I have been using the iPhone XR for two years now. It is unbreakable. I hope to use it for at least another 2 years. The charger has gotten a little worse, but that doesn't bother me. I don't plan to buy a new phone yet, but it will be interesting to try its functionality.

Bad experience

A few days ago, I placed an order for a Macbook pro over the phone. I used an old existing apple id I had for years. I was logged into it on Apple website, but after I placed an order I realized that some functions of my old ID were locked behind a 2-step verification, including order tracking. My old ID was linked to my old cell phone (for 2 step verification), but I didn't have the phone anymore. I still knew the password, and the old phone number, but getting into my account was somehow impossible and so was the recovery.

Update Kills iPhone 12 Max

I had an iPhone 12 Max for awhile. It has been an okay phone. The camera is not close to the Pixel, but it is faster. The problem I have is the updates. I left Google because of the bugs in the software. What just happened to me is far worse. I just updated to the new IOS 14 and the face recognition quit working, the microphone to text quit working, sometimes it rings sometimes it does not, apps fail to close, and so on. I called Apple and they said it was out of warrantee. I said it was fine up until the restart after the update and they said again it was out of warrantee. So, I am stuck with a phone that now doesn't work. I believe the bugs in the Android software were better than updates killing the phone. Anyone wanna buy a watch? I am done!

Apple has lost its ways

Apple car play has been screwed up due to apples updates, their updates have 0 customizations for its customers. The latest update feels like I now have a toy phone made for children. Their AirPods connect when they feel like it, they don't provide a charging block when purchasing an iPhone, they sell the same phone year after year and want copious amounts of money for them. Just go android. I'm about to throw out all my apple products. Steve Jobs would be disappointed in the way apple has "grown"… It's a terrible company with terrible products, buy android. I would give them a 0 star but I have to give them a 1 star. Disgusting company
