I can turn down the brightness of the screen all day but it always self adjusts getting super brighter again. The auto brightness is turned OFF which is irreverent. Whats the point, the screen burns out faster forcing the consumer to buy another super expensive computer. That not the worst part though, it's my eyes. They intentionally physically attack their consumers for money.

Submitted activation lock removal with all requested invoices/documents. Called to see why it was denied. Senior advisor could not give me 1 piece of info as to why it was denied. He could not even pull up my case and view anything. Said it was "locked." Wouldn't transfer me. I will never buy apple again. Time to revolt against the grip they have on society.

Apple is the worst.

Apple creates systems that work against all other systems. To buy an Apple product is to commit to a lesser technology that will lock you out of better technologies. They make all their garbage in China which further supports a terrible government an one that works in direct opposition to western ideals. Apple has no soul and their products are second rate at best. Good luck resetting a password to access your own account. Worst purchase I ever made hands down, and I won a Prias.

I called sales couple of times, they are not able to send note to delivery for a little faster services since my iphone current i have is starting broken;-(, please do have a communication channel between departments, especially sale and shipping:-)

Apple, in its marketing strategy to protect the data on its devices, took away my access to my ipad and has me running through hoops and waiting weeks to get back access of my ipad. It will be close to a month of inability to use an ipad that i purchased, until as described, an opportunity for me to recover my apple id and password, within 1 minute of allotted time, else wait another 11 days before apple will allow me a chance to try again. Been a loyal apple customer since the 80s; never an apple product again!

Customer Service - Nil!

I bought iPhone 14. Now, my Apple Watch will not Sync to the Wallet. Apple 'Customer Service' response:
"Tough Luck". No solution offered, No fix, No resolution. Just fork out to buy their faulty products - and too bad when it doesn't work properly! Pathetic!

So recently I broke my phone. I tried multiple time to log in to another phone and a laptop but it kept asking for the verification code from my number. Keep in mind I broke my phone so that really wasn't an option. I tried all the other recovery options but, I am still locked out of my Apple ID. So the last thing I tried was to call apple support and they couldn't do anything except say that I should've add more trusted numbers and that I can't use my email to verify because the 2 factor authentication only lets my use my trusted device(that's broken) and phone number. So I said "Can you take that off so I can use my email?" The reply was that once you have it on for 14 days I can never be turned off again. So now I have to wait ages just to be able to get my account back. Moral of the story is don't accidentally break your iPhone if you can't get it fixed right away.( I might just be broke :( )

I just bought new phone, Iphone 13 pro for me and for son Iphone 13. They are really good, and we know why we are buying them, quality is amazing, and I used my previous Iphone for almost 4 years. But I wanted to buy a new Ipone 14, but prices, whauu, to expensive, it's crazy.

First lost important voice memos after an update. Apple has no idea why. Then my phone suffered water damage when I had it in a puddle in a crate and because it is out of warranty it is my own problem. Strange story because Apple itself claims that their device (iphone 12 mini) is IP68 waterproof, which means that the device can be submerged 3 meters underwater for 30 minutes. So, this was my last iPhone.

I visited the Mayfair Wauwatosa Wisconsin Apple store location 12:40 10/22 due to my phone needing to be replaced. When I had walked in not one worker had even looked in my direction the entire time I was in the store. It felt almost as if I was not supposed to be in there. I had to wait for the two employees standing at the front to refrain from speaking for a brief second so I could try and tell them I had a scheduled appointment. Once the man had looked my name up on the iPad he pointed to the wall and sat go wait over there. I was unsure where to even sit as there was a lot of people or how long I was going to have to wait. I drove over an hour in heavy traffic with my 3 month old baby to make it to this appointment. I was completely dismissed over people I was watching just walk in and felt extremely discriminated. I had sat in there a half an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I walked out. Unnoticed mind you and while I was waiting for that half an hour a group of at least 6 apple workers were all just talking and joking at the table in front of me the entire time. It was so very unprofessional and rude I left in tears and will never be back again. I will also possibly be pursuing legal actions just awaiting a call back from my lawyer. It is just so extremely upsetting considering I have been loyal to this company over 10 years and with the high prices of your products and apple care + it should be so much better than this. I do not recall the last time I stepped foot into an establishment that was so full of pure utterly disrespectful employees. Now I will be spending more of my precious time and gas money to go to an entirely different location as well as another day without a phone. This entire weekend has been wasted as well. If the quality of customer service I will be receiving tomorrow is that of the same quality of customer service I recieved today I will be trading my iPhone and Apple Watch in immediately.

Airpods 1&2 generation.

Apple airpods $#*!ing suck. Once you loose an airpod you will have to actually connect it into your ear to find it. Isn't that just so $#*!ing dumb? Sound has bad quality after a year (yes even if you clean it). I'm not sure how to explain it but there's like 3 small speakers in one single airpod. Either 1 or 2 of them stop working and i have to wear them in a weird way to actually hear sound. Don't waste your money on 100 dollar Bluetooth headphones. Get yourself some on Amazon for 29 bucks.

IPhone 13 Notes data lost

I am sharing some of my bad experience in using iPhone Notes. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with 1T storage since September 2001. I have been using iPhone Notes quite a while to store all my important notes such as passwords and important messages. It has been accumulated hundreds of notes over the year. It was pretty handy until a couple of days ago it suddenly disappeared! All of them! I did not do anything such as deleting or grouping etc. I was crazy about this lost as I can't do my normal work without those Notes records. I looked up from internet to try to get some tips to retrieve them back. I've tried all the methods suggested without success. I realised that my notes were not stored in either of my iCloud or my outlook account because both of these accounts were full and could not take sync from my iPhone. So I think all my notes were stored locally in my iPhone. I went to a few mobile phone shops and was told there is no way to recover those lost data. I called Apple technical support and was given 3 other data recovery companies. I tried again without any success. By looking up from Internet for more information, I can see quite a few people had these problems before. But very strange that they did not talk too much after raising this issue. I summarise all my findings here:
1. IPhone iOS has a bug in its Notes which can automatic remove locally stored data even you have upgrade to iOS16. Or maybe hardware storage is not stable (that may be dangerous to other data storage!)
2. IPhone Notes locally stored data lost cannot be recovered by any methods.
3. Apple cannot help at all and they don't acknowledge this bug and they don't want to take any responsibility to the data lost
4. Please use iCould or your email accounts to store your Notes rather than local stored. Also make sure those accounts have space to sync your iPhone notes.

I recently purchased the new I phone 14 pro max, and also I have their new Mac book air, and to both, I was not able to recover my apple ID because I forgot my password, and the phone number left to reset is from 15-16 years ago and I no longer use it. Then impossible to call their customer service, and I received an email that my apple ID is ready to reset at a certain time on Nov 13 which is almost 1 month from now, this is absolutely ridiculous, as I have my Iphone now to use only to call people as everything else, all apps are connected to your apple ID which is impossible to retrive. I tried creating a new one, and now they do not approve my master cards ( I have tried 2). What a terrible, but terrible service from Apple, I am so dissapointed, and I have been using all different apple products for so many years.

Say no to apple

Same here, un satisfied customer. I have (Owened) my device since 2005, just thist past fiew weeks they wipe it and make sure it cant be charged ( second time now) spent a min of 12 hrs getting it back up so I have control and another 3-4 hrs re downloading my stuff.
