I received lots of calls and emails from possible places for Dad. Everyone was very nice and easy to work and talk with during each interaction.

We were faced with finding a assisted living place for my friend. Not knowing where to turn, an add appeared for A Place For Mom. They gave us many choices from which to choose, making our selection much easier...we didn't have a good idea of where to turn. They kept on top of our search, letting us make a final decision that worked out best for our friend.

I needed to find a place for my brother to go after he was discharged from the hospital. The gal I talked to listened to my situation and within about an hour I had multiple locations to review & she even set the appointments for me. She addressed all my questions & followed up several times to make sure everything was going well.

She had excellent advice and was very caring in every conversation I had with her - not just in regard to my MIL, but always extended encouragement to me, too.

I worked with Annelle and she did an excellent job. I knew nothing about the process of finding a place for my mom to live. Annelle talked me through the process and re-assured me that everything would work out. She found places that were within our budget and scheduled all the tours. We picked a place from the list and she is all set to move in. I highly recommend using this service, especially since it is free.

We weren't happy with my mother's current living situation. "A place for mom" was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with them placing their mother last year from a big memory care facility to a private home care- so I called and spoke with Mary. She listened to my concerns and suggested 2 places to visit that she thought would be great fits for my mother. After 2 visits we decided on a place that Mary recommended and we are very happy with the choice. Mary also continued to follow up a few times to help with questions and any concerns. Great referral!

When faced with a need to quickly move my mother to a new assisted living setting I came across "A Place for Mom" online and entered my contact information. I quickly received a call back and was transferred to an advisor in the geographic area of interest. After discussing our care and financial situation, the advisor emailed me a list of seven potential facilities that same morning. Using that list and "A Place for Mom's" scheduling tool, my brother was able to schedule site visits promptly with ongoing follow up by our advisor and the involved sssisted living facilities. We ended up selecting and moving our mother into the facility, which was the top recommendation by our advisor. So far the choice has worked out extremely well.
