They were always trying to help and were willing to listen. They were always trying to find what would make my mom happy.

I was looking for an assisted living facility for my Mom who lives 5 hours from me. I received a call from A Place for Mom within minutes of entering my information. They asked a few questions about my needs and the area I was looking in. I then received a list of facilities which cut my research time tremendously. I made appointments to tour several facilities with my mother all before I arrived in the area. A Place for Mom provided very helpful information for the selection process. They provide an online site where you can schedule tours, leave reviews, ask questions, etc.

Everyone was so professional and kind. They had all the resources available to us as both ones we knew of and ones we did not.

This is the third time our family has used this amazing service to locate an Assisted Living facility for my father. Both times, A Place For Mom was instrumental in providing a list of AL facilities meeting our criteria, setting up tours, and following-up along the way to see how things were going. The Counselors were extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and great listeners. We wouldn't have found the three AL facilities we've used over the last 7 years if not for A Place For Mom. THANK YOU!

From my very first contact with With my senior supervisor, I receive such care and compassion! My adviser Neil listened to my long story about my mom's journey up to this point and was so caring and compassionate. I'm sure he'd heard stories from others in the same situation, feeling lost and unsure ehere to begin. He assured me that he was going to do his utmost to find help me find the best place for my mom.

The local contact received for A Place for Mom through the rehab we dealt with was fine and helpful. BUT before I got that contact, I started to filled out a website form on my father. Didn't even finish it as it got too personal and I decided to wait for the local contact to reach out. Because of the partial website form, I then got over a dozen calls from different numbers, different people, different departments in a matter of 12 hours from of A Place for Mom. It continued for a few days after that with even more calls. This was absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary given the stress we were already under to find assisted living in a matter of days unexpectedly! Other than a specific local contact referred by another health organization, I would NEVER recommend inquiring on the website!

A Place for Mom was easy to work with and we were quickly able to tour facilities in our price range and with the amenities we were looking for and make a decision. It took us only 3 days to find a great location for my 86 year old aunt. She is moving in this weekend.

"A Place for mom" was a huge asset in helping my sisters and I, when it came time for our mom to move to an assisted living home. Our representative was knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and showed great patience. Having never been down this road before the whole process would have been agony without their guidance and knowledge.

My mom recently had a stroke and went from full independence to needing a lot of care. I had no idea where to start. I simply added my info to the site and expected to be contacted in a day or so and I immediately got a call. I was connected to the most caring and helpful person, Alma, who gave me so much information, scheduled me for tours, and literally said the words "I will be with you every step of the way". I truly don't know what I would have done without her.

A place for mom provided me with locations that were close and diverse. Very helpful in my search.

Cyndi Walkup is my advisor. She gave me a number of places to look at. I was able to find a great apartment at an affordable rate. She was a great communicator.

They provided guidance and suggestions in our search for the right place for dad, when we had no experience or knowledge on where to start.

You put me in touch with six facilities. I visited 5 of them. Of those, three looked excellent, one very good, and one good. I chose Rose Senior Living for Mom.
