I really appreciate the guidance and support I received from the "A Place for Mom" associate. She was a good listener and set up tours of local facilities that met my criteria. The site also provided tips regarding questions to ask during the visits. Its easy to forget essential details when you are trying to process so much information.

We knew that we needed to begin the process to find an assisted living facility for Mom in the not-too-distant future. They provided us with great options and when I asked for a few more, they provided them to us. It took us at least 5 months before we knew that the time was right to move Mom to her new facility. The facilities did an excellent job of keeping in touch with us and made the process super easy.

I needed a place A.S.A.P. For my step father, he was being release from the hopital and needed a new assist living home. I contacted A Place for Mom and they were very helpful finding a place in a good location and based on his limited income. I would highly recommend using there services.

We thought we were looking for two people, one with memory issues and one without. When one passed, we were able to pivot to search for only memory care facilities. That made the task so much easier.

I was trying to find an affordable independent living location for my aunt and cousin. My dad moved recently but has a pension and elder care plan, so I need a nice place that costed a lot less. A Place for Mom walked me through some options and then put me in touch with the right people to setup tours. It was very helpful and they continued to follow up with me. I really liked Michelle and Kelly who helped me.

I reached out to A Place For Mom to get help finding assisted living for my mother. From our first conversation to the last, Sheila was an immense help. She was a great source of information and shared lots of good articles and advice that made our search much easier. She was also really great at following up with me about how things were going.

What i like about is they follow you up every now and then making sure that we have found a place to stay🥰🤩🙏 i felt the concern for us, and thank you we appreciate that very much

Emily was awesome getting me appointments and listening to all my thoughts as I processed this move for my mom. Her advice and leading was invaluable. We are getting mom settled in her new place and are hopeful it will work out well for her.

After spending over a year trying to find the right facility to accommodate the unique needs of both Mom and Dad with no luck, we reached out to A Place for Mom. Promptly, they reached out, listened to every detail of what we were looking for, understood the budget and the care requirements, and within a week, we were lined up through their team with Tours of a few facilities which checked off every box. Less than 2 months later, Mom and Dad were moved in, settled and have begun receiving the much needed care and social interaction they so desperately needed. Their quality of life is already showing signes of improvement and the entire family is so very pleased!

I was always treated with respect. Every question was answered as if it was the first time it was ever asked, never any exasperation in the answers.

I was clueless of where to start looking for places to move except nursing homes which we did not need at this time. They had suggestions of several places to look at and visit. With their help, we were able to find a place with independent living and assisted living when the need arrives.

When I did my own initial search on Google for senior living memory care related facilities, I was unable to find information that I needed. APFM offered what I needed and had a set of questions for me to identify the best facilities for my loved one. All of the memory care related facilities they recommended to me were very good, My APFM advisor was great about following up with me to ensure tours were scheduled and went well. My advisor also helped me provide feedback/ask additional questions for APFM and the facilities.

Jennifer Grant at A Place for Mom was great. She validated options I had already searched up, gave me new places to consider, made appointments for me to visit with my mother, followed up and gave expert advice.

The staff i worked with were very interested in hearing what my needs were as they helped to suggest options that fit our financial situation and level of care. Their suggestions were on point, with one exception but took my feedback as to not refer someone else to that facility with interest. We were delayed due to inlaws being hesitant to relocate, but staff followed up regularly and understood our delay, suggesting ways to ease my inlaws concerns/fears. Staff were great to work with.

They helped us find a place where she could take her dog, which was very helpful.
