Fortunately, Ashley has been a steadfast guide, keeping me informed every step of the way, addressing my concerns, and instilling a sense of confidence with each new opportunity. Everyone I came in contact with at A Place for Mom went over and above the call of duty to assist me in finding the perfect home for my loved one. Elke and Melissa were particularly helpful and understanding as was Kim at Bell Oaks of Newburgh. I am totally impressed by your service.

A place for Mom gave me several options of senior living faucilities that fit what I could afford. They set up appointments at each which included a tour of the rooms and accomidations, and a meal in the dining room. This way I was able to compare each place and what each had to offer. Everyone was very kind and helpful. In this way I was able to choose the place I liked best and which fit my needs. I am very happy with my choice and can't wait to move in to my new home.

A Place for Mom agents are helpful, caring, knowledgeable, practical, know the right questions to ask (that you may not even know to ask), and they follow up. Our community recommendations have all been on par with our needs and parameters, and we found the perfect place for my mom. Thank you!

Overall, the help and guidance provided was superb! The place I chose for my 95 year old mom is wonderful. I know it will be an adjustment going from her own home. She was taking care of everything on her own, still driving, doing her own housework, shopping, etc…. I think having three meals provided, housekeeping, all utilities, and many other other amenities will make the adjustment easier.

My Mom has dementia. When she got too advanced for me to handle, I called A Place For Mom, frustrated and upset. Everyone is so compassionate and caring! They not only helped me thru the process of selecting a suitable place for Mom, but helped me to handle road bumps along the way. Constantly reaching out right up until Mom was placed. My challenge was to locate a place for my friend Elizabeth to live after she left the rehab facility. Unfortunately this process stretched into almost a year due to her on- going health issues. We began searching the middle of 2024 and ended with a wonderful place in April 2025

We started this process over 2 years ago. But my parents wanted to wait. Then a tragedy almost happened. They fell, one by one, and neither could get up, or help each other for over 8 hours. Only by God's mercy, and the lawn care workers that heard them calling out in the morning, did they not have something far worse happed. Once we got to them (1.5 hours away), moved in that day, and had the hard conversations, then they were ready. And a place for Moms was right there. Perfect recommendations. A Place for Mom has been extremely helpful with arranging a place for us to move in order to get help taking care of my Loving Sweetheart in her time of need... At this time, she is not bad enough to require this service, but I did not wish to wait until the situation became dire. Therefore, A Place for Mom has been of GREAT BENEFIT in my time of need...

I was really unsure what kind of care would be best for my mother in law. I found out about A Place for Mom from a good friend and I'm SO glad I called! They are incredibly responsive, resourceful, so helpful and helped me get my mother in law placed in a great assisted living within 2 weeks of my first call. They all send me other great resources for financial knowledge, veterans benefits and selling her home. I am so grateful to this organization!
