A place for Mom was definitely a helpful service. I had no idea how to start looking for a facility and they were ready with suggestions and listened to my needs. I did get a bit weary of all the calls and texts from various places that reached out asking if I was interested in their location but, all in all, a small hassle.

I reached out and an advisor was assigned immediately. I answered 15 minutes worth of questions based on our family's needs and was given a list of facilities based in our desired ZIP code. My advisor even reached out these facilities who then contacted me inquiring about interest and taking tours of their communities. Daily contact was made for updates. Emails were sent with information and things to consider during the search process. Of the various helpful emails was one that included a PDF checklist of questions to ask when touring facilities. We had success and ended up choosing a senior living community that was on the original list. Thank you to '"A place For Mom!"

I contacted A Place for Mom and received a quick response with a few different places to check out and in a day I got the exact place for mom. It was a God thing for sure all the way. Thank you for being there to help in this time of need.

When my father died and my mom slipped into severe Alzheimer/Dementia, I need someone to help take care of my mom. I needed help finding a place I could trust that would take care of my mom. I had heard about A Place for Mom and had looked them up. They helped guide me thru the process of finding a place. They stayed with me until I was satisfied and I had found a place. I've since called upon them again, when I needed to find another place when my moms funds could no longer afford the place she was in. And again, they stayed with me until a found new place. I would recommend A Place for Mom to anyone who might find themselves in my situation. Even if you know what your doing, there still very helpful.

I was searching for a place after my mom had broke her hip and was in rehab and we weren't sure at first whether she'd be able to return to memory care and they were very helpful at a place for mom by notifying perspective facilities and they contacted me and set up tours and very, very helpful and eventually, I did find a place for her close by to where we live with 5 to 7 minutes they were awesome. I would recommend them very highly

When I first contacted APfM, Kristin Howard was so helpful and knowledgeable. Upon following up a few months later when I was ready to move forward to visits and selection, I was handed off to Dylan Randolph. The contrast was very apparent. Dylan was sarcastic, not knowledgeable, overtalked me, and misinformed the referred centers about my information. I proceeded on my own without APfM support. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the process and lack of training for Dylan.

The advocates were very helpful but not pushy. Andre Wright provided a good level of follow-up but was not overwhelming.
