After waiting almost 4 weeks for our expected assisted living facility to receive my husband from rehab, we were told they couldn't help us. We were scrambling to find another facility and Cathy stepped in and helped us find a wonderful location. Thank you for your assistance!

I was just beginning my search for an assisted living facility for my mother but didn't know where to start. I was given a list of places near me. I went on a tour at one place and loved it.

It became necessary to move my mom into some type of senior living as soon as possible. Navigating the internet was challenging, as I never found all the necessary info for financial & types of care easily. When I sent the inquiry to A Place For Mom, I was contacted within minutes. I had a nice discussion with the representative & was given 3 options that were in my area. They however a bit more costly than my mother's budget, so they found an option a couple of hours from my home. Within 10 days from my 1st call, we were moving mom into her new Independent Living apartment! She is so happy & things have just fallen into place for our family. I am so grateful for APFM.

The representatives were very helpful locating options for my mother in her early stages of needing care.

Thanks to Casey Shaw at A Place for Mom I was able to find a very comfortable assisted living facility for my sister. My sister was very reluctant to leave her apartment and Casey understood this and worked with me for many months. She provided a number of possibilities and gave me information about each facility. My sister if now accepting the transition and excited about it. Casey stayed in constant touch with me and without her help this journey would have been much more difficult. Thank you Casey!

My friend was struggling with depression, arthritic knees requiring support with a walker, poor vision in one eye that prevented my friend from driving, and hoarding. The family didn't live near, so my friend and I began to search. We finally contacted A Place for Mom, my friend is now settled in an independent living situation, and A Place for Mom is still checking in with us. Our contact person Karen sent us names of facilities in my friend's price range, arranged tours, and contacted us to see what else was needed. The contact lady even verified that the facility honored the move-in incentives promised. I won't lie - this was hard work on my part and very stressful for my friend who was giving up a home of 30+ years. We chatted by phone twice today after yesterday's move-in. I heard about the good food, the rooms that were larger than expected, and the many people already met. I think my friend is going to be okay right here near the 70th birthday.

Our advisor, Stan, was extremely helpful. He guided us through the process of visiting the right facilities that were tailored to meet moms needs. Stan followed up with us when we asked and always returned our phone calls. He also suggested that Patriot Angels could help with the VA qualification process and answer my questions. They were great also, even though she didn't qualify for the program, they were very helpful and professional. We did find "A Place for Mom" and are very happy with it.

We received outstanding support from A Place For Mom. They made our search for a quality facility with a higher level of care for our dad much easier than it would otherwise have been. They provided lists of potential facilities in our price ranges in each of the areas we were looking in, along with quality ratings, price options, and a vast amount of detail.

Other than giving me the name of the place and setting up the first tour. A Place for Mom did very little. It was nice that they set up our tour.

My experience with A Place for Mom was fantastic! They were very responsive to my inquiries and were in touch with me immediately to find out what they could do to help and what we were looking for and where. Within 24 hours I had communities reaching out to me seeing what they could do to assist and I was able to set up appointments to tour their communities, facilities, apartments, and amenities. We narrowed down the 3 that were in the area and price range to meet my Mom's needs and made a decision within a month. Moving my Mom in this weekend.

I loved that places called me based in criteria I was seeking.

Was able to find a wonderful, reasonable nursing facility for my husband in a matter of days. Can not say enough good things about A Place for Mom. So thankful they were there to help me.

They have been very helpful in helping my sister and I a place for our elderly brother. We were able to visit both on site and virtually to find a place that fit what we needed for our brother.

A place for mom as very quick to respond. They listen to all of the needs that I had for my father. He still gets around on his own but I don't like him being alone. They have me a few choices of places and also information that could help with programs to cover costs. They met me and my wife with my day and did a big tour. They were upfront with all the pluses and minuses. In the end I found a great place dad is so happy and would have never found it with out them. Thank you

As of now I have only positive things to say. I have been satisfied with the overall experience with you. If in the future I should need your services or know of anyone needing assistance I will recommend A Place for Mom.
