Very, very helpful in pointing me in the right directions for my needs. Almost always answer the phone or called back in a reasonable amount of time. Very, very helpful and I would've had a hard time doing this on my own

I spoke with Mary Hammersmith and she was fantastic she tried to point me all the directions that I needed to go how I should go what I should do and it was a great experience with someone that knew where to get me on the proper road

I also needed guidance on what the differences are between AL and MC among many other concerns. A Place for Mom was very helpful and listened to all my questions and concerns. Be careful calling, some representatives are nicer than others. The one I got was very helpful. I tried to get information another day and was not so lucky.

They explained the entire process, offered good advise and quickly sent several recommendations. They followed up on every visit to see how it went and provided additional support as needed. A Place for Mom was such a help during this difficult time of making choices for my Dad who was not happy about moving. Tiffany was so patient and helped as his needs and concerns seemed to change almost daily. She helped me find communities within his budget and kept giving me options as I went along so we had many to tour since each one had slightly different amenities and services. I'd highly recommend A Place for Mom to help you sort through finding a community for your parent to help make a stressful time much easier. I'm so thankful for Tiffany and all she did to help my Dad find a place he really likes which is the most important goal. He's been happy at the community we found for him which is such a blessing.

Awful and would never recommend. I was a venerable time in my life and trying to figure out what we should do for her & why I reached out. I got inundated w/ many, many, many unwanted phone calls, text and emails, even from the same people. At first I was cordial - eventually, I had to get rude and tell them to stop harassing me! I was finally told that the reason for the unwanted calls, text and emails is because it was how they get paid. All about the money and would never recommend.

When I first contacted A Place for Mom, my 87-year-old uncle was in the hospital being tested for a possible stroke or heart attack. We knew from talking to his neighbors that he'd need help for a long time, but would not accept it. When he was diagnosed with dementia, we had to find secure memory care fast. His insurance declined to cover any more time at the hospital, and he could not go home. It would have taken me ages to contact one memory care facility after another to check availability and compare costs. A Place for Mom asked all the right questions about the level of care he needed and helped us find something that would fit our budget. They were great about following up and adjusting their referrals as the situation evolved. After this weekend he will be all moved in. Thanks!

Got the names of some great locations that will meet our needs. Also got very helpful suggestion on the changes we are living with.
