I was trying to find the right help for a good friend of mine who has no living relatives to care for him. I explained to Kelly his situation and within a few hours, I was set up with senior living accommodations for his situation. The patience in listening to my concerns regarding his care was excellent. I visited numerous places but ended up with the first suggestion Kelly gave me. I couldn't be happier and relieved too! Thank you so much. Your service and experience is excellent. Thank you.

Pleased with my experience working with the people at a Place for Mom. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a place for my husband. They are very helpful and pleasant.

Daniella at A Place For Mom walked with me through a month long process to find my dad an assisted living property. She was patient and helpful and answered questions and gave her wise advice which was helpful to someone like me who doesn't know much about geriatric care. My dad is now living in a great community and I am very pleased with the helping hand that I received through A place For Mom!

I received overmuch help after my initial contact. I was seeking to narrow down the many options geographically and by size. I seems my info was given to many more facilities, who called, texted, and emailed often. I sent a message to my primary contact to stop the influx of contacts so that we could decide in peace.

I had no idea where to begin my search of facilities. I was given a list of places where I could read reviews and amenities. After narrowing it down, I was assisted in making tour appointments. My friend successfully moved to a facility she enjoys. You helped me accomplish a mountain of decisions.

Aug 2025. Never had return calls from them. Waited an entire day and decided to pursue things myself. The next business day I started getting flooded with calls, texts, emails from a multitude of companies all over Palm Beach County Florida, who knew absolutely nothing about my very specific situation with my mother. I've had 100s of communications from places saying they got my information from "a place for mom". I did not authorize this. I am thinking about legal action. Never again. Not to be trusted!

My sister has started showing signs of cognitive decline and in the past 2 years it was becoming apparent she needed to be supervised. Her son moved out of their house so we needed to sell her 2200 sq foot house to afford a place for her to live. Your company sent so many places, set up meetings and made the overwhelming process doable. I thank you and all the lovely people we met along the way. My sister is officially moved in to her new home and seems to be thriving. I so appreciate all you did.

This was a very supportive experience and I felt like I had a number of valuable resources available to me at a time when I needed them. Everyone was patient, kind and took time to talk with me about what I needed. I really appreciated the help connecting with facilities that were potential options.

Not only provided many facilities to visit but made appointments and gave some insight as to what was offered.

I stated the price range and location of places to consider and was given a great list to choose from. Plus, I was able to call the Advisor for advice on different issues I may need to address, which was ever so helpful. Pricing of each local was also included, which was very important in making my decision on sites to visit. I highly recommend them.

They are super responsive, professional, and courteous. Where they understand and empathize with you on this difficult journey to find a place for your family member to live. I've used them several times, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
