I cannot thank Jessica with A Place for Mom enough for the incredible support she gave me during one of the most difficult times in my life. After my dad was in a severe accident, I felt completely overwhelmed trying to find the right assisted living facility where he would be safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Jessica was not only knowledgeable and professional, but she was also incredibly compassionate and patient with me through every step of the process. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, understand my dad's unique needs, and guide me toward options that made sense for our family. Thanks to her dedication along with her colleague Jodie, we found an amazing community that gives our family peace of mind knowing my dad is in the best possible hands. After an elderly family member had a bad fall in her home, we had to move her to a memory care facility. On top of everything else that we had to organise (she had prepared almost nothing for an eventual move), the search was looming as a source of major stress. Our advisor with A Place For Mom took the time to understand the situation and needs and provided us with a list of great facilities, one of which we selected.

My agent was helpful and checked in often. The only thing I wished I would have know before time was the need for a certain form before being allowed to be admitted to the assisted living facility. I was from another state and was not aware of the needed form.

Rachel was very helpful in finding us a two or three places to tour. She followed up several times to see how we liked the facilities and had everything we needed. She was very pleasant to work with.

They provided information and places to check for my fiance's sister. She was in need of a safe place to move to that was financially possible.

After my brother passed, who was my mom's caregiver, it was up to me to figure out what was going to be best for her future care. I turned to A Place for Mom to help guide me. My guide Jennifer helped with everything from facilities recommendations to financial information resources to where to find support. Highly recommended.

I signed up on a whim after having visited a few facilities I'd found through Google.
The process was quick, personal, and yielded a few excellent options.
I quickly visited their recommended locations and was able to move my dad into one of them in short order but also placed a deposit on another in case we ever decided a move was in his best interest.
They don't know everything, but know a whole lot more than myself, so it's been a great resource.

I was given their number by a social worker. I had a day to find a place for my Mom. Jacquelyn was extremely nice and helpful when I called. Her assistant Missy had visitation appointments to 3 places for that same afternoon. I toured 2 of them and was able to choose one that same day. I was able to move my Mom 2 days later. Both Jacquelyn and Missy called me back several times to check on me as this was a very emotional experience. Both Jacquelyn and Missy made me feel that I was not alone in this process and decision making. They answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in what I was experiencing and doing. I am extremely grateful for their help, understanding and care.

A Place for Mom has been a great help! I live in SD, but my family lives in FL. I researched online for places for my brother. A Place for Mom came up! What a blessing! They represent a vast resource of help. With a little information, like his SS income and veteran status, they put us in touch with many resources. He moved into an Assisted Living yesterday!

The hospital gave me a list with a specific name listed. I couldn't remember the name, so I called the main number. Quick call back (minutes), but no call back from anyone for over 12 hours. Called back in and got connected with someone, buy the call kept dropping. Very frustrating. However... once I called the person listed, it was absolutely remarkable. She seemed to genuinely care and went me facilities that were a perfect match. It was a tough choice. The care didn't stop there. She drove to check in on my mom after the move. I hope to never need another move, but I am thankful for how much support was provided!
