I bought cat tree from aosom.It's very durable. We have adult 3 cats ranging from 12-14 lbs and 1 young adult cat that's 8 lbs. All 4 of them are on it at the same time frequently and it hasn't broken or tipped over. The heaviest fell off while rolling in catnip and it withheld him freaking out and hanging on for his life, so I don't think it'll fall anytime soon. The little bowl that hangs out on the side holds the heaviest cat with ease as well.

I was skeptical to order this set due to the lack of reviews but I had looked so long and searched so hard for an outdoor patio set with the exact color and size that I wanted, so I went ahead and ordered it. Well let me start by saying how pleasantly surprised I was. This set is absolutely gorgeous. After setting it up in the backyard, our neighbor came over and asked, where she could get one just like it. It is extremely sturdy and the cushions are firm but not uncomfortable. I anticipate using this set for years to come. It looks beautiful on our backyard deck and I can't wait to get outside every morning to sit on it. It looks much more expensive than what we actually paid for it. I am very, very happy with this purchase!

Oh dear,
I wont bore you with all the details but my pensioner mum chose a garden swing cushion so I helped her order it, we checked what now appears to be the microscopic and misleading returns details and ordered the item. When it arrived she decided that she didn't like it so on her behalf I contacted the company with a light hearted and witty email and waited... a few days later I received a very unhelpful email so I replied if they could just kindly tell me how to return the item... after a few more days I have finally received another unhelpful and quite abrupt email saying that she has to pay the returns and if there is ANY damage to the product or the packaging they won't refund the full amount... i don't like the cushion much either but I'll give my mum the £35 so she isn't out of pocket. Seems I should have read more of the honest reviews for this company... never again!

I will NEVER order from Aosom.com again! They are a rip off, won't price match their own products being sold out of retail stores way cheaper than on the aosom.com website. I tried calling for days with wait times of 43 minutes before someone could take my call. When I finally got through they were rude and unhelpful and unwilling to credit me the difference on the patio set I just paid $449.99 through them directly and is now at sears for $359.99. And it states on the sears site that the item is coming from Aosom.com. Just sad how they rip hardworking people off! Please look at other stores before purchasing from them!

I placed an order 12/1/16 from Aosom as a Santa gift. My credit card was charged 12/4 and a tracking number was sent to me for the order. When I checked tracking information, it states the anticipated ship date was 12/2/16. I called into the company today (12/19/16) because I have still not received my order. I was informed the product I ordered had sold out and I could get a refund. When I inquired as to why I was not notified of this, I was informed the company does not share this information with customer service. Now, I have 4 days to find something for my daughter from Santa. Thank you, Aosom, for ruining my 3 year old's Santa experience. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
