Purchased an item but no email confirmation or updates about it... I email the company after a day to get an update of order as from website, all was fine and confirmed that I purchased my item... I get an email back after 2 days and in one sentence, sorry your order didnt go through? To check with my bank? I guess they dont like America express because they are behind their customers... km glad it didt go through and wont be doing business here... I will go else where... I should have realized this from their website.

I ordered a dog kennel and it shipped promptly. That's were the good part ends. I'm sure everyone that has given them a 5 star review did not have to deal with their customer service. And that's the chance you take. Will you get the product you ordered and be able to use it as you believe? Maybe. But if there is a problem, you will be completely screwed. Check amazon's prices. Turns out they had my kennel at the exact same prince and their customer service is legendary.
Like many others, my kennel came without the hardware and instructions. It's a pile of metal parts without them. I have contacted customer service many, many times over the course of two months. I waited on the phone over 15 minutes (their response says that the average time is 5 minutes... yeah right). I have requested a refund, but no dice. Seriously, save yourself the stress and aggravation and buy elsewhere. Or ask yourself if the potential savings is worth it when the product you receive is useless. I wish I had found this website before I ordered from them. Buyer beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A CON, I have sent back a Garden Umbrella they wanted proof that I had sent it I sent them the receipt from Hermes and it showed it had been picked up, they now refuse to refund me this has been going on for nearly 2 months now they take ages to get back to you you have to keep asking them to contact you,

I HAVE ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO REDUND ME BUT THEY REFUSE THEY ARE WELL KNOWN ON EBAY FOR REFUSING TO REFUND PEOPLE AS WELL AND EBAY ARE MONITORING THEM, WOWCHER HAVE ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM I WILL NOW REPORT THEM TO THE RELEVANT BODY WHO CAN INVESTIGATE THEM AS THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

We bought a parasol from Aosom in January and never opened and used it until first weekend of May when it was warm enough to sit in my back yard. We were excited to open the new umbrella and check all its functions, we were testing the tilt button to adjust the angles, all of a sudden the whole tilt joint shatters into pieces. The tilt joint looks like made of metalic material, after it shatters, we saw it was made of plastic! I think the material of the tilt joint is not strong enough to handle the movement of the adjustment!

I called their customer service and they refused to do anything to make the new parasol work, even no replacement parts to offer!

I ordered a retractable patio awning from Aosom Canada. They took my money, but the awning never arrived. They used UPS to ship it and UPS insisted that they delivered the product but of course they did not. Maybe a product could be stolen from a porch but an awning is rather large and not likely to be readily stolen. Far more likely that it was delivered to the wrong address. In any case, Aosom has refused to refund my money. I have now spent $360 and have no patio awning. The company has been extremely unhelpful in their response and basically offered me no assistance. They take no responsibility for this. However, I did not contract with UPS to deliver the awning - that was Aosom's choice, not mine. If they are unable to get their products delivered they should not be taking people's money. My advice to anyone reading this: stay away from Aosom Canada. They will take your money and walk away.
