I decided to take a chance and order something as the reviews were pretty good for the product I wanted (a large covered run for my ducks). The product came quickly and is technically what was described, a metal frame with chicken wire, however, that's no mention that you need to be cutting out chicken wire and attaching it yourself with wire and zip ties- think of a really terrible flimsy sewing project. I spent over 16 hours trying to make it sturdy and usable and finally just gave up and ordered something different.
I did get a reply from their customer service where they offered $140 back if I kept the product, or they offered a full refund if I still wanted to send it back, however they wouldn't pay for return shipping. I chose the $140 back because I'm sure the shipping costs back would have been astronomical and I've already had more than enough of this thing.
They also sent me a survey which is only one question, and I've attached a screen shot below. Clearly they're pressing for the removal of the negative review I left of the item. So shady. Based on my experience there's no way all the positive reviews are legit, they are absolutely padding with a ton of positive reviews.
I bought a garden shed 277x191x192cm. Poor quality and terrible product, think before buying! Do not be fooled by the appearance, the sheet is of very poor quality. I do not recommend!
I ordered a gezebo swing for my wife's birthday. I chose aosom based on fast processing and shipping. What a let down that was. This company was more expensive than a few others I found on line. But I foolishly believed they could hold up to the claims they made. So after 4 days of processing 2 emails and a phone call. It was finally sent to FedEx. So not fast processing. Now as the company says fast shipping. Hahaha tracking the order with FedEx. Estimated time of arrival 7 day. I should not have trusted this company! If you have all the time in the world to wait for them to take their time. Good luck!
Dishonest and unhelpful. I bought a chair from them that on a picture looks like a luxury purchase. I took it over a month to arrive, but I get it - no one was ready for brexit, not even the government of the UK. So I waited, then when it arrived and I put it together... I was shocked how uncomfortable it was. The massager was digging into my body, the seat was too long, back support too short and unergonomic, armrests so far apart you can't really work and rest your arms. I tried to adjust the height of the back support to make it slightly more comfortable, but then the whole chair was super wobbly and the moment I put some pressure on armrests - it went right back down.
But ok, bad product is not the end of the world, I usually manage to figure it out with the customer service. In this case I waited 8 days for an answer, which I only received, because I posted a negative review. A review that was not posted at the end and what I found out was that they added about 7 more fake 4/5 reviews to up an already bad rating of this chair.
So I'd say stay away. Buying with big selling platforms is better than those guys, at least they always try to resolve the problem and they do not fiddle with their reviews - that one thing you can use to make up your mind when online shopping. I am seriously appalled by their conduct...
I purchased a large cage for my grandson guinea pig. This is not guinea pig friendly. Was wanting a cage that would help with the mess they can make. OMG! I had never seen anything like the mess the very next day! Maybe for a rabbit but never for a guinea pig! I called and was told I could return it but I had to pay shipping which was $80! I paid $139 for it. They said I could keep the cage and they would give me a $35 credit to buy something else. I am out all my money. Do not EVER buy from them! Rip off!
What a terrible experience with this company! After reading this review today, I hope you take my advice and avoid this firm for the rest of your life.
What happened was I ordered a chair for £80 on the 14th of December and paid for next day delivery - which cost me an extra premium may I point out. Nevertheless, I didn't mind. The next day, I never received it, which I didn't mind at first considering the times, but by the 18th I still hadn't received it. By this point, I'd emailed them over 12 times and had 0 replies. ZERO REPLIES.
However, I then suddenly got a reply, but only one, stating my item was "lost in transit" however yodel hadn't even received my order at this point. Aosom cancelled my order randomly (Which I still haven't gotten the refund for) but as I checked the Yodel tracking, they'd magically got it suddenly and then it was cancelled with no explanation.
I thought nothing of it and re-ordered the same chair and it has now arrived and it is absolutely diabolical. Terrible quality, you'd honestly find better quality at a supermarket.
Honestly I'd avoid this firm at all costs and wouldn't even bother with them, absolutely useless and don't respond. They will probably reply to this saying it was my fault somehow.

Edit: I forgot to mention the fact that after they cancelled my first order, they never refunded me the extra "next day" shipping costs and I used a discount code that had ran out so when I re ordered it the second time it cost me about £10 more which they don't care about anyway. Yet another reason to AVOID AOSOM

I wish I could give 0 stars, even 1 star seems to generous. A faulty exercise bike was delivered, I emailed them about 3 times before I got a response asking if I would keep the product for 15% refund. I emailed back saying I wasn't interested as the product was faulty and it was of no use to me. I've emailed back 6 times so far, no reply at all. When you can the call centre they say they are not taking calls due to covid 19, they use covid as an excuse for terrible service but they have staff to monitor reviews and take down negative ones I know this for a fact as they have deleted several of my reviews that I have posted as they were negative, I find it alarming they have staff to monitor reviews but no staff to answer e mails or telephone calls.

We ordered a gazebo in the spring after seeing a range advertised and looking great, the price was good and the delivery was excellent - unfortunately and in hindsight that's all that's good about this company.
When the gazebo came the metal work was very poor quality showing rust and the paint finish was terrible, bubbled and patchy and not worth the £200 we'd spent. After eventually getting through to their customer services by email as by phone it was impossible, we were offered money off but we chose to refuse that and asked for a refund. After several more emails it was agreed that new parts would be sent out to us and as before the delivery was very good.
The quality of said new parts wasn't a lot better than before, but as we were into the spring by then we decided to use it anyway. The whole thing was easy to assemble despite the fact that some holes didn't align but that said, it seemed sturdy enough for our use.
A few weeks before we took it down, we noticed more rust appearing and several jagged edges where the welds are inferior and basically coming apart. We contacted customer services again to be told that as we placed the order more than 6 months ago there is nothing they can do. As an eCommerce company this is the case and it is written in the small print BUT unless you have money to throw away, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company. Poor quality and terrible product, think before buying!
Ordered exercise bike after being told 2-3 day delivery, 3 weeks later and still.not arrived. Cannot for the life in me get through to customer services and only get replies to emails in the early hours of the morning when I'm asleep and cant answer then.

What an awful company. They simply do not answer phone calls, nor do they respond to emails. Please do not buy anything from this company - the owners should be put in the dock for such appalling service and lousy/non existent communication. I think they run a joint scam with Amazon Pay, so beware.
I bought an office chair from this seller, after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them was very negative. The chair arrived with damage to the back (zip ends missing and padding stuck in the zip) and a damaged screw, which meant it wasn't possible to finish putting the chair together. After asking for assistance and sending photos of the damaged parts, and after waiting three days to hear back from them, I was told they had no replacement parts and I had to resolve the issue at my end in exchange for a small refund. How I was supposed to find another back for my chair, that is a mystery to me! I would NOT recommend this seller. Poor quality products and poor customer service. If you have any issues, you will need to sort them out yourself.
Do not buy from this company. We ordered a wheelchair ramp, when it came is was too flimsy and bowed in the middle. In order to return it we were required to pay over $230 for an item that cost $270. We live about 3 1/2 hours from the location they wanted us to ship it to but they would not allow us to return the item in person, though we were willing to make the drive. When I calmly expressed my frustration with their customer service, the woman I was speaking to got really snippy and sarcastic. This company had just lousy Customer Service and, based on our experience, flimsy products.

I ordered the 21 inch pour hot from Walmart who AOSOM is the third party———Missing pieces the hood is all chipped and cracked no leg pockets-I sent an email now we will see what happens Dash it's terrible when you have to go through all the motions of putting something together and then find all the flaws – I purchased it for my ducks-
This company offers no customer service. You can not get through on the phone at all. Shipping took forever and came in 4 packages on several different days. Product ordered July 28,2020, finally received all boxes 8/12/20. However, I was told that I must stay home and wait on it because the package would require a signature. Since I ordered the item, the price has dropped $120. Most companies will honor the price decrease and refund you the money, especially since I just received it. They would not do a price match at all. I will not be making any further purchases from this company. They are terrible to deal with. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Aosom is the WORST! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!. ORDERED A PORCH SWING. IT CAME IN 2 BOXES AND THE 2ND BOX WAS MISSING PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING. NO SCREWS OR BOLTS SO IT COULDNT BE ASSEMBLED. VERY HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT FINALLY DID. THEY OFFERED TO SEND THE MISSING PARTS. I RECEIVED THE BOX 2 MONTHS LATER AND IT WAS THE BOX WITH TH ED ITEMS I ALREADY HAD. THEY THEN SAID THEY didnt have it in stock and if I wanted a refund I had to return both boxes. Well one box came damaged and we threw it out so I had no box to return it in. They said I had to buy one. So you know what we used target boxes and duct taped the heck out of that monstrosity and fed ex took it. I hot my refund which was 2 cents short because they cant add or subtract either. Petty yes but I didnt want to pay 1 cent for this ordeal. They should have paid me! I ordered in the beginning of may and got a refund in July. Awful, incompetent and extremely unprofessional! Run for the hills!
