I bought this expensive greenhouse in good faith along with other large items for my garden, so spent a lot of money with company, I had to wait for the a company to erect it as there very busy with very satisfied customers, well it's took them 2 days to erect it cos nothing was lining up so extremely difficult positioning an erecting the greenhouse, only to be told there is nowhere they can attach the automatic window gadget, so rendered useless, the guttering is the worst cheapest piece of crap they've seen so that again is rendered useless, an there's a gap no matter how much effort they have put into sorting it out, it can't be done, the lock for the door will not flush even so it's madness trying to attach it, ohhh forgot( NOT) there's no holes made in the metal to drill the lock on into, Plus Your Phone Number Does Not Exist an as for your Email Address, It's One Big Joke, it's take me to my Apple App an I will sh I had Never seen your advertisement on line, ohhhh I see if anyone complains yous reply with,… we could not get in touch with this customer, BS

I was so excited to find the right rocking chair patio set after scouring the internet for hours, I found what I wanted through this company. I pulled the trigger and made the purchase with Aosom, unfortunately. When I saw they shipped it out almost immediately, I was so happy. Today, however, that all changed. FedEx delivered a box that I immediately knew didn't contain what was supposed to be 2 rocking patio chairs and a small table. This company sent me a white wooden bench! Even on the outside of the box it says "wood" how does a company make that drastic of a mistake?! I immediately took pictures and called their customer service number. The woman put me on a hold for a few minutes then came back on the line to apologize and state that they are out of stock for what I ordered and that is probably why I was sent an incorrect order. Um…are you kidding me?! I told her that is unacceptable of a company to do. You don't just send something else to your customer if you are out of stock on what they ordered, you cancel the order! I am so angry at this company. She then told me that they will have fedex pick it up tomorrow and that I will be issued a refund when it arrives back to them! I told the rep that was also not acceptable and told them that they will be refunding me when fedex picks up their bait and switch package. So…now I will see if they actually honor what they say. Moral of the story. If you see Aosom come up in a google search or shopping….RUN FOR THE HILLS! After reading all of these reviews, I feel like kicking myself that I didn't research this company beforehand. :( Also, I am including pictures in this review of what I ordered, and what this scam company sent me. Absolutely unreal!

Ordered outdoor patio furniture. Never got an email confirmation for my purchased. Looked at my account and it said that the order was cancelled. I didn't cancel but my card was charged twice. I attempted to contact and had to leave a message and never received a call back. I ended up having to dispute both charges and my credit card company said they are placing them on the "watch" list and will flag for fraud

I ordered two outdoor rugs. Both are exactly the same. Aosom shipped them separately. I received one, but the other is being shipped all over the US. I would never purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a heat massage chair for my dad in assisted living. He has Parkinson's disease. The chair was sent without the remote so it would not work. When calling about this, they stated it can take 5-10 business days to ship the remote and charger but could ship today the charger with the bottom section of the chair.WHAT? My dad's assisted living place does not want an extra bottom half of a chair that they would need to get rid of.

I ordered 4 awnings. Three at one time and one later. I found out they are too large. I sent an email requesting shipping lable to return them all. I read there is a 30 return window so I mention I am a week over that time and if it's ok. The person di not clarify and sent me one return shipping label I flagged a fedex guy on my street and he said it was fine to bundle them all and put that one label. No issues. They now have ALL FOUR AWNINGS and they only refuned me for one. In effect this company is keeping the product and screwing me out of 250. Unfortuantely I didn't charge or I would have easily gotton a charback from this awful company. Do not trust them! I have a dipsute with paypal and getting confirmation from FEDEX that they delilvered which they did but need to show them they recieved all four awnings. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY IN EFFECT STOLE 250 FROM ME.

Purchased a computer chair. Very poor build quality and materials. Within a few months the backrest is broken, so it is leaning too far back to give any kind of back support. Very uncomfortable to sit in and was outside of 90 day return, so $200+ in the toilet. Wouldn't recommend buying from this site.

I ordered an outdoor shed, a lounge chair, and two patio shelves from Aosom. The shed was so terrible that I wouldn't have bought it at a tenth of the price. The parts were warped and flimsy, and the final product after 4 hours of assembly is a bit of a joke. The lounge chair's box wasn't damaged, but the chair was, it looked like it was dragged along the pavement with deep scrapes everywhere. The requirements for the patio shelves were misleading and required specifics not in the product description.

I beg you to read the reviews before you buy. I was scammed into this. Exactly what the reviews said is exactly whst happened to me. I placed an order. After I read all the negative reviews, I tried to cancel. Within one hour, they said they cannot cancel the order, that it left. There's no manager to speak to and the rep hung up the phone on me. This is after taking my hard earned money. I was crazy not to listen to the reviews before I purchased. I was scammed big time. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE. You will thank me later.

Fell apart within months customer support only supports for a few days then. Be warned!
Not worth anything

Absolutely appalling quality. The coop fell apart and the gaps are so big that they let predators in and they killed my beloved pets. If you care about your animals, please invest in a proper house for them and do not make the same mistake as me

Spoke to customer services but they are even worse than the coops, not willing to help in any way shape or form and all they do is blame others

I bought two of these. Withing one year all the screens in windows rotted away. All tie downs rotted, braced it for high winds. Frame to weak most archways destroyed broke where they connect. Would not buy in future. Waste of money

Chair literally falling apart after 5 months customer service says 90 day warranty expired so oh well

I had placed order for 3 seater sofa by using Aosom app. Feel upset the sofa color did not come as described of the product photo. Never can contact the customer service despite numerous calls to them. We could not return the goods without the printed label from Aosom which NEVER got one from the customer service.

Sent me wrong item. Extremely rude customer service. Going to charge shipping for return. I with I had read reviews. 99% bad

Ordered and got the 12% discount. Delivery expected in 4 - 7 days - it arrived within 48 hours! Perfect packaging and yes, the tray is included, even though others say it isn't. No instructions, a bit hard to see display lettering, but otherwise a great deal!

Totally useless company and stupid customer support run by a bunch of clueless Asians. Dont expect to get any support or replacement parts for anything you buy there. They wont even supply you with the manufacturer;s name for you to source out the replacement parts yourself. Don't be fooled by their supposedly good deals. I looked into the 5 star reviews and 90 percent of them are phony.

I ordered the duel composter. What I didn't know is that it would arrive in kit form. Now I am 79, but luckily like jigsaws. Putting the pices together is not easy but I have achieved it. It would have helped my choice if I had known it would arrive in about 20 pieces that were not easy to fit together.

Downloaded their Aosom app for the advertised 'EXTRA 15% off ' but didn't work.
Then I signed up for their news letter for the 12% discount, again didn't work.
Guess I shouldn't be surprised in today's online culture. Now I know to avoid these people in the future.
