AnyVan helped me move a very expensive item 500 miles with ease! The whole process was so quick and simple! I received a great selection of quotes within a very short time and my job was booked within the hour! The customer service team are fantastic and always on hand to help with any queries! The driver was brilliant, so helpful and kept both locations informed of his time of arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to use AnyVan for any future deliveries! Thank you!

I have recently used AnyVan to source a removal company. ALL of their suppliers seems to be excellent. Mmm. My cheapest quote was £267, but I used one at £338 as quality was important. The reviews were very good. It turns out that they had NO idea of how to do their job. My requirement was to fill my 175sq ft unit and I would do the rest. The day before they text me to say that they would be late as stuck in traffic, this is the 2nd time they got the day wrong. Again texting me on the day to say that they were stuck in traffic. They turned up in a 70 sq ft Luton van proclaiming it would only take one trip! On returning from the storage unit they said that it closed at 4pm and could not complete that day and that they would have to charge extra to come back the next day. I contacted the storage facility to pay for access to 10pm. They informed me that they were very slow and were not maximising space at all. After the 2nd trip, they informed me that there was no room for the dining table. I insisted that it would fit in and they relented. The day after we re-organised the unit and got in 4 chairs, a cross trainer, 3 tables, a steel kitchen unit, a 5ft hi-fi stack and 2 4ft speakers, 2 large pictures, 8 boxes and 6 bin bags.
When I wrote a bad review, AnyVan stopped access to the review and put "Feedback being reviewed by AnyVan Team".
This at first seems reasonable.
However, the same supplier has a review that states "Feedback being reviewed by AnyVan Team". From 10 to 12 months ago. Another one, same supplier 1 year and 5 months ago.
Another 1 year and 9 months ago.
So are AnyVan actually reviewing these bad reviews?
There is no point in having reviews if you can not put them on their website. I accept that sometimes they need to be reviewed. But almost 2 years to review!

This Courier LIAM was 4hours late... He soiled and destroyed a sofa I was returning to Laura Ashley and when I asked him what I was going to do as they would no longer refund me with a soiled Sofa... he simply got in his van and drove off leaving me with a sofa in the middle of the road... as I have a hernia and am a middle aged grandmother I couldn't move it.
LATE, INCOMPETENT and MENTALLY ill courier... I don't think I'll be using this company again.

I was so disappointed in this company. I made a booking to move some bedroom furniture to a residential care home for my father. As I had a 2 hr drive to take receipt of the furniture at the delivery address I telephoned anyvan.com the afternoon before the removal was due to take place to check the job would be completed and a driver had been allocated. I was informed that although a driver had not yet been allocated I was assured everything would be fine with the removal. You guessed it - I drove the 2 hrs to the delivery address and no van man turned up. I didn't even receive a telephone call from anyvan.com to say my job had not been allocated. Of course they were happy to reimburse my refund but it isn't about the money its about the total chaos and upset a 'no show driver' causes.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are state sanctioned con artists as they are not registered with any regulatory bodies and do not have to give you a refund of your deposit.

I paid £110 DEPOSIT OF the £329 job cost. I cancelled the job less than 24 hours later. They said they won't give me a deposit back in physical form but would keep the money on thier system! I told them it's due to personal circumstances. And that I need those money as I have two small children and pregnant. And they point blank refused and said I need to provide proof!

They have no one you can talk to. No supervisor. No complaints procedure. I even called trading standards and I was told there is nothing they can do because they wrote it in small print terms and conditions!

You would think that they would tell you such an important information before you make a booking.

I WONT BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOURS DONT BOOK WITH ANYVAN! ALSO READ OTHER FRIGHTENING REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE HAD THE COMPANY has Sent OUT THIEVES AND ROBBERS TO STEAL FROM YOUR HOUSE! And you won't get refund, compensated or anything.

This is real customer review. Not the pile of paid lies they have on this website.

I have used Anyvan several times over the last few years believing, according to their advertising, that their service is paid for buy the van company. This is not true! My daughter has just booked a house move and the service she received was excellent. However, she discovered that the price quoted of £270 was not the price submitted by the van company. They in fact charged £180 (which was the price they submitted to Anyvan) and the £90 deposit requested by Anyvan was infact their commission. The van compant itself was unaware of this. A commission rate of 33% is outrageous and should be made public knowledge. The whole pricing system contradicts Anyvans terms and conditions and the OFT regulations. This lack of transparency denies customers the right to decide whether the service is good value. Charging an extra 50% on top of the original quote is just a disgusting money grabbing scam. The van movers worked so hard and efficiently they far more deserved that £90 than Anyvan. They offer nothing in terms of security, they are just a very very expensive middle man.
