Listed a job and paid up. Collect some outdoor furniture from a friend and deliver to central London. Then the trouble started. The job was subcontracted to another driver who kept us waiting ALL DAY before telling us he was having trouble with heavy traffic. He didn't get in touch and we had to phone and phone the other driver and hassle to even get a response. There was no heavy traffic on that route. That was simply a lie. He eventually turned up at 10.30PM on a Friday night and expected our night porter to help him. Worst still their customer service is zero. Phones permanently engaged, emails not replied to, nobody gives a damn. I spent hours trying to get through and get someone to take this on board. They just made it so hard they're banking on you giving up. After 10 days of endless pursuit, they offered £20 credit (as if i'd use them again!) and truly dont care. DO NOT USE ANYVAN. They're truly dreadful.

These are very dodgy middle men, with shocking couriers.
I BOOKED ONLINE ON THE 27TH OF JULY, NO PHONECALL AS PROMISED, fobbed me off non customer service, awfull dodgy service!
This company is the most absolute rip off, unprofessional people i ever dealt with. My boyfriend and i booked this company to move our stuff within a week with the message that they would contact us 24h prior to the moving to arrange final details and confirmation of addresses. He paid £135 in advance for the service. 24h hours to removal date NO ONE, CONTACTED US! We tried to contact them but with no avail, the costumer service line is a scam! An automated service to put you on hold and no one is there to pickup the phone and talk to you! After several messages online complaining they finally replied saying they would be there on the next day as agreed.On the actual day of the delivery the hours passed and no one showed up. We tried to contact several times, and after those many times they finally contacted us with the excuse they only could get someone to do the removal late in the evening. Late in the evening came and they called saying they wouldnt do the delivery unless we pay more money claiming we had some missing pieces on the details of the removal. We offered more money but apparently it wasnt enough
Long story short they kept the money we had already paid with no service! They are rip offs and BLACKMAILERS! DONT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Smashed my motorcycle to pieces causing 4000 quid of damage not even a refund offered. Also it seems if you have something moved by anyvan you are not insured
Paid the deposit via credit card Why do van drivers lie about time and day then say pick up is to big have waited over a week booked for again today. Paid extra for time then get call can't get a driver untill 6 hours later? Any more of this and it will be last time I will use them! Rebooked with another company who broke one wardrobe I paid with a credit card so out of pocket so any van I should be refunded the deposit because LPL00 did not do the job & at least some compensation because Av 490 4505. Paid in full. £123 on credit card don't think the companies used can cope with the jobs allocated because both said the had to get to another job left me with broke wardrobe? Pus they broke my gate. They got the whole wardrobe down the stairs so how did they break it? When bookingyou should not be told I have very important job so can't come to you and he was 3 mins from me as said LPLOO a dab 909 4505 said they are late so booking times

If you are indifferent to agreed pick-up times, happy to deal with a rude driver, and content not to be able to reach Any Van Customer services, then this is surely the company for you. My courier service had to be achieved on a certain day, but it was clear that the driver had taken on too much previously and would not arrive until the early hours of the following day. This was not convenient for the lady from whom the item was to be collected (ill, a cancer victim, about to go on holiday the next day). So my object for collection, bought and paid for on eBay, will probably now be written off. DO NOT CONSIDER FOR A MOMENT USING THSE PEOPLE
Booked a van on the 19/05/2017 to pick up on 27/05/2017. I paid more to have a specific date booked for peace of mind. Booking was confirmed and payment made.
Received a text on 24/05/2017 to say that the move was being coordinated and that they would text again with driver's details.
By Friday the 26/05/2017 had not hear any more information, although the website says they will contact you at least 24 hours before pick up. Called twice and customer service explained that they were still trying to allocate a driver and promised me they would call me back by the end of the day.
By 5pm they hadn't called me. I called again and after 5 minutes on hold was told they still hadn't allocated a driver but would keep looking over the weekend. I had no faith they would deliver and cancelled the job for a full refund. I would have expected no less than my money back, which I received 2 working days later. All-in-all a pointless, time-wasting exercise.
Worst movers ever. Be warned, they pack like "ROBBERS" everything is so muddled when you get to unpack ie everything separated in different boxes so nothing is together. They use boxes for everything, ie emptying drawers into boxes, even private bedside lockers which are light weight, because they charge £20 per box. They broke an Art Deco ornament, among many other bits and pieces. I don't use a mobile(pensioner), and couldn't find my camera to take photos. And at new address and known no-one to ask to use mob/camera. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, use at your peril. These good reviews are made via large companies that Anyvan pay handsomely for. COWBOYS plain and simple.
Please BEWARE that when you book the service, it is not guaranteed that your delivery will be picked up. AnyVan do not operate their own fleet of vehicles, and guess if they can get somebody for that day. When you recive a confirmation email after booking, this does not confirm your delivery. This only confirms that they have listed for a 3rd party bid. It is not confirmed that you are have a van until you receive a call. So if you need a delivery on a specific day as i did, this is not the service for you. This should be made clearer on the website. Do not hang around all day as I did on you pick up day unless you receive a phone call, as you I am very disappointing with the service provided by AnyVan. The only option i was given was a refund, or to put out for their 3rd party drivers to bid again, so another uncertainty. In addition to the extra i paid for getting a pick up on a Sunday, a refund of the difference was not offered. Very poor service!
Hang on was the advice, this was an hour after the pick up slot that was charged for was missed...
Let me down at the last minute. Never again. Complete bunch of cowboys. Not in the least interested in helping the customer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Left a genuine review about a terrible courier on Anyvan via trustpilot, and 2 hours later it was flagged by Anyvan. The review was removed, the system is rigged. Awful company.

Arranged a van for our removal day through anyvan big mistake. After listing all the items we were taking on the day of removal the van was too small and they tried to say we had not listed boxes which we had ( anyvans mistake) the driver said he could not do the job and drove away. The time we arranged was 11.am as we had to be out by 1.pm so our buyer could move in.
They eventually found someone else at such short notice and we were informed they would arrive at 2.30.pm, which now meant our buyer would be moving in as we were moving out. Ruddy chaos and again the van was too small ( after listing the items again) for which they charged us more as still they insisted we had not listed boxes. The driver contacted anyvan and was told they would have to make two journeys absolute madness and why did we have to pay extra for their incompetence? We did list boxes and said approx 20 we then realised it was more ( which they said was why we had to pay extra) however we took most of them ourselves. Even without the boxes the van was still too small and the driver agreed it was.
We would not recommend anyvan whatsoever they are incompetent shoddy and unreliable.
PAID MY MONEY UPFRONT, NO DRIVER ALLOCATED FAILED TO TURN UP AND COLLECT BIKE FIRST DAY. THEN TURNED UP 24HRS LATE AND WAS 240 MILES AWAY AT 7 PM AT NIGHT! ON DROP OFF. COMPLETE JOKE. CHECKED THIS COMPANY OUT ON COMPANIES HOUSE THERE 2.5 MILLION IN THE RED!. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THERE OWN DRIVERS THEY USE MAN AND VAN TYPE DRIVERS FROM ANY OLD SOURCE. TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THERE ATTITUDE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!. Do not use this company, THey are awful. Unfortunately I trusted these reviews! My son has explained to me that large companies like this, use professional companies to write online reviews. This must be the case. The movers were inexperienced and packed badly, loads of breakages. Took too long. And loved using LOADS and LOADS of boxes and charged handsomely for these. They could have done what other companies do, ie take our bedroom drawers, take carcass down to van and then load drawers with all my belongings in. Anyway just thought I would try and put things right about this company. Anyvan I have discovered charge a whopping £500 to the moving company that does the job, so of course the actual company doing the move cuts corners a lot and uses inexperienced men, and probably pays em a pittance too.
Very happy with the service received from anyvan's Sandra and my anyvan driver - top class. Ive used some independent 'man and vans' before - but the peace of mind of going with a trusted company like anyvan trumps any competition
