I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle from them and they charged me twice for the same bundle. I called, told I "have to email the support team for a ticket", which I did and the $#*! I dealt with denied that they have charged me twice, I have my bill to prove it, and threatened to cancel my order if I continued to email them. I now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back and obviously, will not be getting the PS5 from them. They've now canceled it and still have my money! I'm also contacting the Georgia Attorney General's Office to get them involved. They are thieves!
I will NEVER ever buy anything from this company again! I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle from them and asked if I could change the delivery address since I had moved. They sent me a reply email canceling my order. I immediately replied in all caps to not cancel my order. No response. Several days later I received a refund with no way to put in another PS5 preorder. TRUST ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - this company should be out out of business. I'm also logging a formal complaint about them with Sony. I cannot believe Sony allowed them to be one of the several retailers offering the PS5 preorder.

Terrible customer service, Ryan the "customer service" rep was no help to me. Prior to my call, my co-worker right next to me (minutes prior to me calling) called and they took his information, Name, email, phone number for a potential pre order availability, told him they would be in touch in the next few days with an update for the preorder. I decided to call them while he was still on the call giving his information. I call and Ryan answers (sounds like he was still in bed, I felt like I was disturbing him by the tone of his voice, I could feel and tell he didn't want anything to do with my call). He was rude and then he just hung up on me after asking a question about getting on the pre order list. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and would never give them my business. Seems like these other reviews/complaints here are accurate, especially their lack of "customer service/support."
On October 13th 2020 antonline had announced that they were doing a "3rd wave" of next generation console pre-orders (ps5 & xbox series x) at 2:00 P. M EST. (11:00 AM PST) me and my significant other waited at the website an hour in advance only to be kicked off the website two minutes before the pre-orders went live. The website stayed offline for 40 minutes without any update at all from the company. When the site came back online all the pre-orders were sold out and the only update that was given was essentially an "oops, sorry everyone bots took all the pre-orders". This combined with the many low reviews of the website makes it near impossible to recommend antonline to anyone and I advise anyone looking into this company to practice extreme caution at best and stay very very far away at worst.
This place actually had the nerve to act like bots crashed their site for preorders at 2pm EST 10/13/2020 when the site actually went down like 2 minutes before that, and stayed down for almost 40 minutes. Also, no legit site should be letting only bots preorder all their stock. 100% no real person got any of these supposed preorders through. Either their site is crappy (which is a bad look being a tech company) or this was all a stunt. Seems like a real shady business tactic either way, definitely not buying from this place EVER.
On October 13 2020 they were going to be doing a preorder at 2PM for the xbox series x and the playstation 5. I was on their website a good 30 minutes before launch time. I was cruising their website the whole time, and then about 3 minutes before launch time they kicked me off the website. It took me another hour just to get back on by that time all the pre-orders were already sold out. After I found out that all the pre-orders were sold I called customer service and proceeded to wait for them to answer finally they answered and they proceeded to tell me that the website was not working when I told them that I am currently on their website and that it was working they proceeded to immediately hang up on me. Now there was no reason for her to hang up on me because I was speaking very politely to them. So I called their customer service back and they proceeded to tell me the same thing that their website was still down and not working and I mention to them again that I am currently on your website and it's working fine so why did I get kicked off 3 minutes before launch time. They had no answer for me. If I could I would give this company a negative five on the review!
Forbes puts out this article about these guys having the Xbox Series X and Ps5 back in stock on Oct. 13th at 2pm EST... I get on 10 min early then reload at 2pm EST, crashed. Can't be found. Won't load. Nothing. Finally loads back up, guess what? Sold out again, as far as I know they never had a restock of the consoles that Forbes talked about. The ultimate crash at a crucial point. Super disappointed.
You will not receive your ps5 till 2021! FAKE SCAM BEWARE! Web site always crashed - fake posts that ps5 are ready for pre-order just to get people to the web site! SCAME!
Save yourself some time and money and don't order from them, trust other reviews, and don't think it might be different for your order or you get lucky somehow.
They advertised pre-orders going up at a specific time. Five minutes prior you can't access the site. Spent over forty minutes constantly refreshing the page to try to get in, but then see a tweet saying all pre-orders were gone due to bots... Right there, the fact they didn't have any system in place to counter such an issue deserves them one star. I've been seeing accusations that antonline didn't actually have any consoles in stock and this was all just done as a publicity stunt. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one, but either way, I'd recommend not dealing with this site.
Advertised the PS5 pre-order for 2 PM EST, site crashed at 1:50 because they obviously were not prepared then claimed to be sold out even though not one person could access the wesbsite.

Have tried to order from this company multiple times when it comes to preorders and releases. As soon as you try to order on the time that they claim the product is gonna go on preorder the website jams up, does not load and sends you an error message. Makes it pointless to try to order from this website. Do yourself a favour and pass on using this site altogether
I was unsure when I ordered a Ps4 when it was going to be arrive. I called them and they said by next week. Sure enough, I received a perfect condition ps4 next week.
