This is hands-down the absolute worst company to have to deal with. They are set up to deliberately be deceptive and deceitful. No way to get in touch with them by phone and they don't respond to emails. They sent a defective computer that I promptly returned and did not receive a refund. I followed the instructions to a T on how to process the RMA for a return. Stay away from this company at all cost regardless of how good of a deal they present.
Pre ordered a Xbox Series X and they charged my card in full which is against Visa terms and conditions.

I wanted to buy a LAptop for 1 g but passed as it looks like the seller is not the best. Tired of the waste of time seller. BBB complaints up the wazoo, 88 percent with Newegg. 2 out 5 on all issues. Pass em by.

I bought a keyboard as a birthday present. When it was opened in May (3 months ago) we noticed some keys were broke. I have since then contacted them MULTIPLE times trying to get a refund or replacement and each time they have told me no because it was out of the window, or because it wasn't their item. The manufacturer can't do anything about it because it wasn't sold from them. Absolutely $#*!ty costumer service! Don't waste your money. I'm now out of $200 because a company refuses to do anything about it.
Ordered a specific laptop from ANTOnline through the Walmart portal link, and two days later they email me saying it's no longer in stock. The item STILL shows in stock on their website and Walmart's website. I called Customer Service and they don't know why it still shows in stock or why I received the email. They claim they refused fulfillment of the order to Walmart but the charge is still on my CC. I had it reported as a fraud charge, ordered but not fulfilled. The CS person said she'd "put a rush on the response". It's now past the time she said they'd respond. Found the exact same item at ABT Electronics and they matched the price, confirmed the order and stock status and got me a shipping confirmation within 10 minutes. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE ANTOnline... not this monkey business "out of stock" blaming Walmart for your error.
I placed an order for an xbox at midnight one night then decided to read the reviews about ANTOnline. I got extremely concerned about the company, so I phoned the next morning to make sure the company was legitimate.
I called, was on hold for about 10 seconds, spoke with someone right away to confirm receipt of my order. The order was not only confirmed received, but it had already been packaged and put out to ship. My order originally said it would be shipped within 4-5 days and I received it only two days after I ordered it.
I was very happy, had an extremely positive experience and will be ordering from them again. And... I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to because of all of the one-star ratings on here.
I tried to order an Xbox One S that their website showed as in stock for $299. The first order they claimed my bank rejected the charge (it's an amex, that did not happen) and so they canceled the order. When I created a new order with a different payment, they accepted the payment, then a few hours later canceled the order and refunded the money, claiming I had ordered the same thing twice in violation of their policy (it is a legitimately limited edition item). When I called the second time the woman on the phone just straight up lied to me about the reason for the cancellation, claiming three different issues, none of which were true. Can't get a response from them now, consistent with other reviews above. I suspect they are driving traffic by selling items they don't really have, otherwise they are simply a disaster of a company that can't get out of their own way to make a sale. Either way, not worth the trouble of buying from them, you're not going to get what you want anyway.

They claim to have free shipping on every item every day. I assumed I would be able to chose different options for shipping to free. When you enter you PayPal it charges the whole amount. They claimed it was because it was special pricing. Weird considering it says free shipping on all items. Will never order from these people again. Garbage.
If you purchase something (which they sell but don't have in stock) and it doesn't come, - then they send you a refund for a equipment - but they will not refund the $130 in shipping that you also paid! Beware - do not buy from them! Multiple phone calls - no results. Too bad a Zero star rating isn't allowed.

I'm only rating this company with 1 star because I have to. I ordered x box and shipping was fairly quick with no issues. Return on the other hand took almost 3 weeks for them to refund me. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a Surface Pro 7 on Jun 1st and it arrived defective. I attempted to let Antonline know my item is defective, but never heard back. I was emailed a UPS label to ship the unit back and get a replacement, but once they received the tablet back they refunded me and charged me $130 restocking fee on a DEFECTIVE computer. I have been trying to speak to someone ever since (Jun 4) and I am YET to hear back from someone (today is Jun 26). I have tried calling, emailing and they are ignoring me. Worst reseller ever and Microsoft should stop listing them. When someone pays $900 for something at least have the audacity to face them and help them resolve the issue. Please if you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
Beware of when returning, you have to pay to return this product, pretend to send return label, scams, still can get a return label they said the return will be deducted from your refund, still can see any label, there's no one to fix the issue on the phone, she keep saying she will contact the support department, disgust of you people, never will purchase any items from you guys again
I ordered the Xbox one s on antonline and later read the reviews. I was very worried I was going to be scammed and I called the company to ask some questions about delivery, and they were very polite and even before I got home after I talked to them it was delivered way before expected and in perfect condition overall I have nothing bad to say and would definitely recommend.

I ordered an Xbox one x from them on 5/15. It was set to deliver on 5/27 as a gift for my kids on the last day of school. It went into delayed status until today 6/15 when I got notified that my order was cancelled because they "changed their mind." What the hell? Sadly, now that many places are out of stock, I can't help but feel they are going to sell it for more. Very unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars.
I am in the legal field pertaining to criminal law and after dealing with this company and their procedures I can confirm that their policies contravene Federal and State laws. For example they state on their site they do not charge for shipping for anything sold on their site but when the order is completed there is a shipping charge. Next if you phone them and complain they note the phone number you are calling from and do not let any further calls from that number.
They cancel orders with the comment "We are still experiencing difficulties obtaining credit approval or verifying the transaction with the billing and phone number provided on your recent order. Because of this, the order was not processed and is now cancelled. You may want to consider contacting your bank to verify all account information before attempting future transactions with your credit card. Please do not try this card again until you have spoken with your bank as this could result in multiple authorizations and holds on the funds associated with your credit or debit card. Some Banks may even suspend your card if too many AVS failures are received. You are welcome to reorder with a different form of payment via our web site."

I found antonline listed on the Microsoft website. For that reason, I chose to trust them.
Took one week to process the order, multiple days to transfer it to UPS and now it is stuck at the shipping location. It's super hard to get anyone on the phone and when I did they could only have a different team email me.
This is not a reputable business. Do not waste your time with them.
