I was supper excited to buy my first Xbox 1 and I went onto Microsoft and antonline.com came up as an option. My final total was $239.49 then later on in the night I was charged $539.02 listed under the same name from the original purchase I made. They are con artists, they shouldn't even be listed as a damn option with Microsoft or Amazon! After turning my card off they continued to try to charge to it for a grand total of $1,775.52.

I ordered an xbox through the walmart website. After 4 days the tracking information for UPS still hadn't updated. After back and forth converations with UPS, they finally were able to determine that they never received the package from AntOnline. I have called AntOnline 3 times now to get information. Like other posters said, they create a work ticket and all you get is an email. They do not do ANYTHING except send you a generic email that your package has been shipped. Now I am going to have to figure out how to get a refund, which it sounds like will be an absolutely horrible process. DO NOT BUY FROM ANTONLINE!

And shame on Walmart for even allowing them to sell on their site!

Stay away!

I was sent a defective laptop and they told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. After explaining the situation to the manufacturer they told me to contact the seller (antonline.com) for a refund. Antonline.com then refused to refund the purchase because they said the return date was passed. I only had the computer for 2 weeks and it never worked properly, their website says their return policy is 30 days, so why tell me I can't return it after only 14 days? So unprofessional. Do not use this website.

I have not received my order but they did charge me. I have called and emailed, they say someone will contact you in 1-2 business days. After 4 weeks, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.

I have never felt with any company that was so unprofessional and showed no concern in customer service before. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. I made 11 phone calls in the past 14 days to Antonline and everyone was answered and was advised I would get a return call or email in 24-48 hours but have yet to get a return call or email. I have gone to the website and made 10 customer service tickets to get help with a overcharge on my account and yet to get a single reply. So I am dealing directly with my credit card on this matter. Believe me stay away from these people they are horrible. Dont believe there FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ITEM EVERY DAY. They offer no free shipping at all on any item regardless of the price.

The process of placing the order was smooth, though my CC processor initially blocked until I gave the OK. Then Antonline took the order, and I got an order number. I never got an indication that it had shipped, though, so after a few days I tried to look it up, and got "information on order not available". I called them a few times, and got no information, and was told to email support. After a few emails to support, I finally got the reply that they had cancelled it because I tried to ship to a PO Box. OK, I re-entered the order, using a UPS store for pickup. I still got no confirmation, and this time they cancelled the order because they decided it looked fraudulent since it was being shipped to a different address than my billing address. It wasn't. It was supposed to be a gift to my fiance.

After that, I gave up on them, and got it from Xotic PCs, no problem. After reading the reviews here, I guess I'm glad I didn't end up getting it from them. If customer service was this awful before the sale, after the sale would only have been worse.

These people are scammers, worthless crooks
Surprised they still operate, they deliberately scam people and resellers. The business itself is ran like s**** the owners don't care about anything but what's in their garage. Tax fraud is probably their only way of living. Worked there for a year and I saw it all go down, your support tickets will get you nowhere, BUY ELSEWHERE!

Awful experience

Do not use this company. The customer service is very shady. After ordering a gaming console I sent an email to check the status of my order after hearing nothing from them for a week. After another week I started calling. The customer service department will not give any information regarding my order, they say they will submit a ticket to the department who handles the inventory. This mystery inventory team does not have a phone and will only respond via email. After 2 weeks and daily calls I still cannot get any information, I've even been hung up on. I just want my order cancelled and my credit card refunded after this terrible experience.

I purchased 4 Dell SE2717HR monitors from seller on Walmart.com. Monitors are advertised as 75Hz Refresh Rate, boxes show model SE2717HR, but the display settings show SE2717H/HX with a 60Hz Refresh rate. Seller has not responded to any of my 3 emails requesting clarity and assistance. Returning all 4 opened boxes to Walmart.

Purchased a headset for around $100 through the Google Store that was fulfilled by Antonline, the left side made an abnormal buzz in certain sound ranges so I submitted a return all within 14 days of delivery. Upon return to Antonline they said I sent back the item without the box(complete lie) and it was open/used and charged a 50% restocking fee.

So they not only charged an absurd fee, they lied about the condition of the return. I will hopefully get my money back as Google has been notified and customer support agreed that this is pretty much fraudulent practices by Antonline. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and I urge all those scammed by them to do so.

Avoid them, stick to Amazon, Walmart or Newegg for tech items as they don't pull these types of stunts.

Sold me a defective laptop and their policy forces the buyer to pay return shipping, even on defective product. Their customer service refused to acknowledge or talk about the return process, and stated they could only read me order information over the phone (the same order information I can see online). Slow and responding to emails and constantly gave incomplete information, deliberately avoiding questions.

This is not an exaggeration this is the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life.

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 15.6" Laptop Intel Core i5-8265U 8GB RAM 256GB SSD laptop. I needed the laptop for my brother as he is starting his Grad classes and needed it for his assignments.
Upon delivery and setup, it started showing the display issue on first day itself. Screen suddenly went black and would not start up until you close the screen and open up again. I made few videos as an evidence.
I called and emailed antonline explaining issue, and then asked for refund. I sent the Laptop back and no refund was done. Waited for couple weeks and then called them for refund. Antonline made only partial refund claiming that device is fine. I sent them one of my video showing the issue. But They stopped responding to my emails since then.
This is the first time that I had such horrible online shipping experience with anyone.

These guys are scammers. They will never refund you or reply your emails. I bought a surface pro on Amazon from them. Order cancelled and series of emails sent with no response. Had to file a case with amazon. And also American Express to get my money back.

Don't be deceived by their cheap prices. It's all a scam and effort to make you forget your money with them.

I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 on "Cyber Monday" for a Christmas present. It was removed from the box on Dec. 25th like most things that are bought for Christmas presents on Cyber Monday. I did not take it out of the box and use it before I gave it to my (18 yr. Old) Daughter. The Surface turned and worked Fine on the 25th. On the 27th we went out of town for a week The Surface stayed at home. It was never left in the cold or the heat. When we returned home, it worked on the 6th and 7th. She took it to school and it worked through 1st three classes. Then 4th period it would not turn on. So she automatically thinks the battery is dead. She charges it overnight. It still will not turn on. We go online and watch videos and do all the troubleshooting and nothing. I bought it through Walmart and antonline.com was the marketplace seller. So Walmart says I must go to them. I contact them. I get a message that the deadline for returns was Dec. 20th. 20 days from purchase date. 5 days before it was ever removed from the box. They offered no tech support, no sympathy, no nothing. I gave them my number and asked them to call me since they never answer their phones-nothing. I contacted Walmart. Same thing only I was on the phone for an hour and transferred to several different and incorrect departments. The only option given to me was to contact the manufacturer. This item worked for less than 5 days and no one would help me. I read several other reviews and I agree that their customer service is nonexistent! Will NEVER buy anything from them again directly or through another seller! They do not deserve your business - go somewhere else. Also a note to all you reviewers that write a review right after the product is received... Give it a few weeks before you sing their praises. I hope you don't have any problems, but if you do-Good Luck!

Order my son a PS4 for his bday back in Dec 2019 package never delivered. Here it is Jan 21,2020 im still waiting for item or refund of $299.99. I never am able to speak to anyone over the phone. You call customer service they take an message and say someone will call you a bunch of BS! I will never order from this company EVER AGAIN.
