Nonexistant service!

For christmas my mom got me their xbox 1 s digital, not knowing im not comfortable not having a disc drive(it limits options and i think its stupid for microsoft to have removed it), i contacted them through email on the 25th, and just days later before the new year, all within the 30 days, no reply from them at all, the order number on the invoice didnt work, like they never even entered it into their system to reference, same with the customer po number, i called them and was told someone would get in touch with me, i just wanted to see about exchanging it for one WITH the disc drive and paying the difference, at the time the difference was 50 dollars, with no reply i went to the BBB, and they havent even bothered to reply to them, im fixing to go to the attorney general and the federal trade commission, clearly this is a pattern. When i called i gave the order number on the phone and the operator couldnt even find the order, same as when i tried to enter it on the site, ON THE 25TH! THE XBOX WAS ORDERED ON THE 2ND, RECIEVED ON THE 4TH, SO WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME! Order number 22-*******-*******, how does it look when within the 30 days, even your own employees cant find the damn order, with this number which i took from confirmation email in my mothers address?! How about a little damn service here?!

Ordered some extremely expensive QL120 fans, 6 of them. Sent to HAWAII instead of AUSTRALIA! No response from their email and no solution for the hundreds of dollars I've had to spend that had left me empty handed.

Refund who?

I returned an Xbox that I ordered, I was sent the wrong one. You call they tell you that they can't give you and updated status or talk to you at all about returns but will send an "urgent email" okay? My xbox was delivered to them 2 weeks ago but still no word on a refund? I email and email and call and call but NOBODY will tell me anything. Pretty sure they are just going to keep the money and the xbox

I ordered as advertised New HP Pavilion Thin&Powerful 15.6 Micro-edge FHD IPS Gaming Laptop| Intel Core i7-9750H 6-core |12GB DDR4|1TB PCIe M. 2 SSD| NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650-4G | Green Backlit Keyboard |Windows 10 and was sent a mini desktop core i3 4GB RAM 128SSD not even close to what was ordered. Have been fighting for a week for the return label and still have not received it. This is one of the worse companies I have ever purchased anything from and through NewEgg one of my favorite tech sites.

I wrote an e-mail on a Saturday, 12-14-19, to see if a laptop was new or used and when it would ship. At 2pm Monday, 12-16-19 I had NOT heard back from them about a $1,000 laptop I wanted to order for a Christmas present. I called their customer service number and after 20 min I talked to someone and asked them about item and was told that they could NOT answer any questions over the phone and I MUST e-mail them. I told the agent that I did e-mail them and no one had returned my e-mail and I just wanted to know if an item was in stock, new condition and when it would ship.
Why would anyone do business with a company that can NOT answer basic questions about their business and it's products?

Worst company

I ordered an laptop from this company from Amazon. Once I received the laptop, I noticed that it was the wrong laptop that I ordered. When I return that wrong product back to them expecting a full refund. When I check my bank statement, they refund half what I I paid for! When you buy from this company make sure they don't ripe you off. If it had a zero as an option, I would rate them at a 0. Buying another laptop from a different company!

I ordered a laptop from antonline through google express. When I found a defect with the laptop screen, I called the customer service and returned it and ordered another one per their recommendation.

When I returned the defective one back to them, they refused to accept it falsely accusing me of removing the hard-drive. I have no idea how they determined that the hard drive was removed. When I got it back from them, I can see that its intact and is working in perfect condition except for the screen defect I returned it for. I called them and emailed them multiple times asking them for proof of their claim. I also told them that I can prove that its in the same condition I received it. But I am not able to get any response from them except for the one response saying that I removed the hard drive. And the funny thing is that this model doesn't even have a traditional hard-drive. It has an ssd and they keep saying I removed a hard drive without giving any proof to back up their claim.

So in a nutshell, if you run into any issues and have to return an item, they will find excuses to refuse it and not respond to any of your requests. I would never buy anything from this merchant again.

They said Xbox one x was brand new but was actually used condition. It failed 8 months after purchase and did not have warranty because it was not new like they said.

Sold me refurbished junk. Thought I was getting a good deal when the laptop was advertised for almost 200.00 less than everybody else but turned out just to be a used turd that still had files from the previous user on the hard drive. Never responded to refund request so I guess that I'm the sucker that day. Now I always check map pricing to make sure that anybody selling a computer is actually authorized to do so.

My credit card has been charged and the FedEx label was produced a week ago on August 12th and on August 19 the FedEx tracking still shows only that the label has been created.
The original update after the label was created from you was that shipping was in 1 or 2 days.
Your response after I complained to Newegg was that the computer had shipped yet FedEx say they do not have it.
I arranged for a tech to set up the Server on Friday last week and was charged a cancellation fee.
It shows that the computer is shipping from Chico, CA to Torrance CA which is one day so it should have arrived on Wednesday if you were truthful.
Update please.

Fraud?

Placed an order on eBay from two different merchants. Antonline canceled my order claiming that they did not receive payment yet my card was charged and the other merchant from the same order received payment and already shipped. I have no clue what the scam is but I will definitely avoid this company from now on.

I bought an MSI laptop from Amazon that was sold by Antonline for $699.99. When I got it, it was slow and buggy as hell (could've been the design of the laptop). I sent it back for a refund, and surprisingly they approved it. However, when they refunded my money, they kept $100 of the $699.99. So instead of me getting $699.99, I got $594.15 back, which is actually a little more than $100. I'm getting ready to go into college, so that $100 is a big deal. That makes a HUGE difference for me, especially since I'm trying to get a good laptop. The laptop I'm looking to get instead is $674, but obviously I can't get it since they kept $100 from me. So thanks for putting me in a bind, Antonline.

Oh yeah, and the "good" reviews that say, "Don't listen to the bad reviews!" are clearly paid for by either Antonline themselves or someone else. So maybe you shouldn't listen to them.

Amazing service. I was skeptical ordering from antonline through google express after reading the reviews here but still went with it because of the type of review I'm writing. I ordered MSI GF63 thin notebook from antonline through google express 2 days ago and opted for 2 day shopping by paying an extra $45. I got the laptop EXACTLY on time, in fact earlier in the day and the package was properly packed, sealed and brand new. The laptop is amazing and I'm loving it so far. I'll update this review if anything bad happens (I hope it doesn't).

In short, I'd definitely buy from antonline again. They're reliable and trustworthy. Thanks antonline!

I live in Atlanta. I called and confirmed that while I couldn't pick up the item from Morgan falls (Atlanta location), it was in stock in Atlanta. I then got tracking from CALIFORNIA! I paid a premium so I could get the item quickly... I then spoke to someone who took all my notes and said someone would reach out to me... NOPE. Will not use them again if I am any rush or it's important.

Was charged twice for an Xbox One and called immediately after, two weeks later I still have gotten no response or explanation. Their "customer service provider" isn't directly connected with the company so there's no way to contact them other than through a 3rd party service provider telling you they've "sent email" that never yields any result. I would GLADLY pay the measly 20 dollars I "saved" to shop with a reliable retailer. This site is as back alley as you can get.

Writing a review because I order from antonline all the time and have never had any issues. My stuff has always come on time (or early) and in new and sealed condition. I have also never tried to cancel an order or anything like that so I can't say I know what their customer service is like... but they do run amazing deals on laptops and gaming consoles with fast and free shipping. Very surprised by the amount of negative comments on here.
