I was lucky enough to get a preorder on September 18, and it arrived the day after launch. Perfect! Couldn't ask for anything more. I see people leaving 1 star reviews because they couldn't order a console, they ordered 2 and 1 got cancelled, or money is going out/in/out of their account. Get over yourselves. If you're that broke you shouldn't be buying one, it says "one per order", and I fought through the bots and got one... not Ants fault. 75% of these bad reviews are salty people whining... if you have a legitimate gripe you do not fall into this category. Pre-ordered a Playstation 5 bundle on 11/09/2020 on their website. The whole ordering process took maybe 30 seconds; I paid with PayPal and they sent me a confirmation email within 20 minutes. On 11/10/2020 they sent me an email stating that my order would be shipping that day and it arrived on 11/12/202 which was the actual day of the Playstation 5's release.

The whole process went smoother than i could have expected for a major console release.

ANTonline gets a bad rep for what seems to be customer service issues regarding returns, but when I was eagerly trying to find a PS5 to pre-order I gave them a shot. I was willing to give them a chance as a first time customer and they have not let me down!

I pre-ordered my bundle back in September and they didn't charge me an extra beyond the $10 for shipping. Once the day came to ship it they did that no problem and two days later I had my PS5 bundle. I think people should cut ANTonline some slack and give them a chance. People who had bad experiences with places are the most likely to write a review. So keep in mind that while a company might have a lot of bad reviews that doesn't necessarily reflect how that company is. ANTonline gets two big thumbs up from me so far!

Okay so I have no idea what's wrong with the people that put a bad review. I'm writing on my first and only experience with them so far- they were the farthest from a scam possible. They were truly amazing. So basically I was able to get a ps5 from them. I asked a whole bunch of questions on their Twitter and they responded almost instantly every time. So their support is great. (That was one of the major complaints about them.) they even shipped my ps5 a day early! And they chose UPS which was great. It came in two days. Everything was brand new, sealed, and in mint condition. Overall from this one experience with them it was more than excellent.

I ordered the xbox series s on their website and was given no confirmation email or order number. Most importantly, my card was charged and I didn't receive a console. How does that happen? I called customer service and they told me to email their support team and I have yet to hear back from them going on three days now. Lesson learned. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE WEIRD THIRD PARTY COMPANIES! JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE WITH BEST BUY, TARGET OR GAMESTOP THEY'RE FRAUDS!

They sell a lot of used or returned merchandise as new. They use a heat gun to remove UPS stickers and tape from the original box, wipe down the merchandise with Winded and re-tape the box and place the status of it as new. So customers are getting used merchandise... not refurbished... as brand new.

The new Xboxes may need to be checked after purchase. They have fallen after pallets were stacked... They have been boxed since the tragedy.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They opened up pre-orders for the new AMD Ryzen 9 5900X the other day and up-charged in the form of adding a $15 shipping fee for Ground shipping when they offer free Ground shipping on every single item on their website; as they proudly advertise on their site. Either way I purchased one since its sold out everywhere and figured why not. I emailed them first and foremost thanking them for finally giving me a chance to purchase this highly sought after CPU and asked if the shipping charge was a glitch and if so if its refundable. I very literally mentioned I DO NOT want to cancel my order and would like the order wether or not the shipping charge is intentional. Instead of a regular response, I receive an email from the "Support Manager", David Miller telling me exactly this "Thank you for reaching out, This order was Canceled as you requested as you did not agree with the shipping charge". Super hilarious, they are trying to hide the fact that they are charging over MSRP for the CPU by charging a shipping fee and when I bring it up they just cancel my order and hold my money for a week. Avoid these clowns by all means.
