Everything as expected and on time, while plenty of other retailers were botching the whole process of the PS5 launch. Packaging could have been a little better, but no items were damaged or anything upon arrival.

Slow shipping experience but overall it was delivered exactly when the shipping label said it would be. No complaints other that I would have liked to be given the option to expedite the shipping by even paying more at the check out time if this was going to be a factor.
