After placing the initial order, I received two emails of confirmation. For context, I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle. Upon release date arrival, I had still not received any information regarding shipping/tracking to even let me know what was going on. I called on the 12th of November, and the first representative argued what a ‘business day' is after she stated I'd receive my order over the weekend and promptly hung up on me. I spent a little over 700$ with this company on my bundle, and while I did receive everything on the 14th. I definitely didn't need to be disrespected. All I had asked for was confirmation. When I called back I spoke with another rep, who apologized (cool) and told me she'd send me a confirmation email which literally never came. They are super lucky everything arrived on Saturday because on Tuesday, if my order hadn't arrived and I'd still gotten no word, I was gonna go Super-Mecha-Karen on whoever answered the phone.
They used UPS and thank god they did because if it was fedex it just wouldn't have arrived with them throwing it at my door and taking a large dump on my porch. Came in early morning on the launch date. I would not hate, over all experience 7/10. Some things needed to be a bit clearer like how would the delivery work, pre-order purchase info, and clearer FAQ, just FAQ for the specific pre-order launch would've been helpful for the new consoles and that for me would've been a 10/10 but no so, good job antonline I'm proud!

Painless experience while dealing with Antonline. Processing was expedient. Shipping was quick! Only complaint with shipping was that the contents of the box were loose and jostling around the larger box that could've potentially caused damage in shipping by the courier. Luckily, no damage was sustained. So, all's well that ends well. Thanks again!
First time doing business with Antonline and definitely wouldn't hesitate to do so again. My purchase went smoothly, my PS5 arrived in perfect conditions on main day. I was surprised since I thought it would arrive later. This is a legit business, in case someone was wondering as I was because I had not heard form them before.

ANTonline was one of the few places that had PS5 lefts for preorder back in September 2020. The bundle I purchased included items that I was going to get anyway so ended up being a pretty good deal. I just wish that there was an option for faster shipping on account of me being so impatient! I am on the West Coast so it took about a total of 7 total days (5 business days) for me to receive my PS5.
Otherwise a great experience! Highly recommended for any in demand items. Many people claimed that this site was a scam and this is certainly not the case
