First - don't be pulled in by the looks of their clothes or the price. Their customer service sucks - your order will never arrive. Good luck with that. When you send them an inquiry they give you numbers that don't mean anything and a timeline that does not work. Then they send you a message with a tracking number and gibberish about how it is in the works. Well then you never see the stuff - the tracker says it was delivered. HA HA - luckily my credit card company refunded the money -- so is the scam that they have use of your money until you take it back. Don't KNOW do not order anything from this company.

I bought 3 products 2 of these products were delivered to me, but 1 blue jean I bought was never delivered to me, I made this purchase in the month of November, I wrote to the company so many times but they never responded. I do not recommend this page, they steal money from customers.

I have been using this internet boutique since the beginning of the year and I love it. It is definitely an excellent place to buy clothes.
The purchase process was simple, it was easy to find the products you wanted. I love the wide variety of clothing and accessories on hand.
This online store allows me to buy many of the things that I cannot get in a mall store. They always deliver my items on time and package them very well so that everything fits in one box without any damage. I am always happy with my purchases, as they are always what I expect, if not better.
First, my ordered items took over a month to arrive. The clothes I ordered were cheaply made and ill-fitting. I contacted the company to initiate a return. It took several back & forth emails to get the return label which was an address in China.
I took my return package to the post office where the clerk expressed her belief that I may never get my requested refund. The cost to ship my returns to China was $23.00. However, I proceeded with the return as a matter of principle.
Yesterday, a month and a half later, the package was returned to me, unopened, from China. I received no communication from the company. Now, these brand-new items are now in my donations box. I am out the $57 cost of them as well as the $23 return mailing cost.
I would highly recommend never doing business with Annie Cloth!
