However, when I contacted customer service to track my order, they were extremely helpful. My order arrived a day earlier than expected and the quality of the clothes is AWESOME! I should have read reviews before ordering. The seller added a "free" item to my order - cheap headband. It is the only item that has shipped after several weeks. I requested a cancellation of the order when told it would not ship for at least 3 more weeks. Now can't get a refund of the full amount. They want me to pay for the "free" headband. I paid with PayPal and have opened a dispute with it. The seller demands that I close my dispute before any refund can be issued.
This is by far my favorite online fashion store. I found this boutique on Instagram and couldn't believe how much it inspired me to go to the site and visit the online store. Initially I got myself a dress for my online classes. Now I have some different pieces from the online store and I still have to try some shoes, swimsuits and some outfits that I will buy soon.
I have been shopping with this boutique for two years. I love everything I bought. I had to change only one of the dresses I bought because I bought the wrong size, they changed my dress without problem. I am a happy customer!

Absolutely amazed by the service I received here! I placed my order and received free express shipping and it was delivered to my home the next morning. The size is also perfect! I usually struggle with one-piece swimsuits (having a gigantic torso that they never saw to be long enough!) But I relied on the sites' useful measurement guide, and to be able to compare myself to the measurements of their models, what that was really useful!

Clothes weren't delivered (2 orders). I contacted customer service and received cut and paste answer that didn't address my question. I sent two further emails, neither were answered. Weeks after ordering/paying, one order had yet to be even processed (they say 3-5 days processing. They should change this to 3-5 weeks processing or 3-5 months). One order claimed to have been shipped, but the tracking number didn't recognize the order number (an alert said it may have been returned to sender, possibly owing to customs issues). I have no idea if the clothes will ever show up... possibly in winter when I no longer need them! Annie Cloth's response to this post is untrue. They did not try to help. They simply asked me to take down my negative review. They cut and paste standard info. They made NO attempt to assist. Still no clothes... and $50 down.
Update: another 60 days of waiting and still no clothes! Perhaps items are being hand delivered?
