I ordered three tops from annie Cloth. They were to small and I wanted to return them. I was within the allotted time. I emailed them 27 times. In the end they sent an email that told me they were from China and that to send them back it would be very expensive. I spent $84 and they told me they would give me $12 so I could go buy cloth to make these tops bigger. XL always fits me and these were way too small. This is a very deceptive company. Do not order from them!
Place 2 orders. Each order short one top. Contacted seller numerous times. Never received credit for either item.
When I finally after 8 weeks received my shoes that I had ordered they didn't fit. The size chart was wrong. Also, the quality is awful, even if they would have been the right size I would have never worn them! I just threw them out. $30 wasted! Return postage was so ridiculous that it was cheaper to throw them out. Will never order at ANNIECLOTH again. (If I would have read the reviews first I would have never ordered. I didn't know the shoes were coming from China). Very disappointed and will never recommend to anyone or purchase anything again. Additionally, the tracking number they give you it totally worthless, you can't even find out when to expect your package.
I placed an order on 4/25/20 and as of today no order delivered. Sent an inquiry on 6/16/20 to which I received a response within 48 hrs. Website shows order shipped but tracking shows no record of the shipment.
Sent another inquiry today, 7/17/20, received same canned "you will be contacted with 48 hrs." If I get no response I will contact my credit card company to issue a credit. Thank goodness I didn't use my debit card.
I will never order from this non-responsive and obviously scam of a website. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. They are made up and not real customers.
How I wish I had checked them out before I fell for their pictures. They responded to my complaints by saying that they won't cancel my order, I must return the items--which I can't do because I never received them! And it sounds like they'll be crap if they do ever arrive. $97 lesson learned.
Poor quality, very cheap fabrics, very poorly made. I wanted to return them all, but returns are impossible. The order was incomplete, one top was missing, complained and complained, nothing was done. They offered me a insignificant discount, on a couple of pieces. I will never buy from them again.
I can have fancy clothes after my baby! I found the dress I was expecting here, ordering and delivery very easy and fast. You can't beat the prices, I also love that there are so many designs and sizes available that you wouldn't have otherwise seen. Definitely a long term customer!
On their web site they say the customer pays for returns. Not unusual. Unfortunately nothing is sized correctly and I need to send all of it back. I followed the directions on their website and requested return authorization.
Surprise! You have to send returns to CHINA and pay custom fees in addition to outrageous international shipping. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
I love shopping here, even though it's online. I buy my products on time at home without going out to expose myself to the pandemic. Very good detail, apart from the quality of the clothes I ordered, is that they always notified me where my product was via email.

See through, cheap nylon garbage - sizes all over the place, RAGS, but material not absorbent enough for that even. Didn't think such material possible, it's that bad.

I ordered 2 tee shirts in size 2x. They might fit a small size. I ordered a size 3x dress and it's a very small size. The quality of the dress is so thin you can see through it. I ordered purse that looked like it had flowers sewn on it - they were stamped on it. I put all items in a yard sale. This is the poorest quality I've ever seen and I will never order from this company ever and advise you to never order from them either. HORRIBLE QUALITY

I just called the *******643 for package not received since 6/6/2020 and the customer service agent said that Annie Cloth has been using that number and it's not even their telephone number and that they are using their number and it seems that they are a fraud company. I've been emailing them and all I receive is automated answer without answering the question I've asked about my package.
Anniecloth is a terrible product They took forever with repeated requests from me finally to cancel and then months later they delivered. They come from China though they hide that. Their product is shoddy and cheap and not sized correctly. YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING. THEY OFFER TO GIVE A 15% REFUND OR RETURN TO CHINA USING CUSTOM FORMS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I AM NOT AGAINST THEIR BEING FROM CHINA. I AM AGAINST MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND NOT BEING A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY MERCHANT.
I ordered from Annie Cloth in May. I received one item yesterday. It was poor quality not at all as advertised. The other items have never been shipped. I was told that Annie Cloth sent PayPal a shipping receipt so PayPal denied my claim. Warning to anyone regarding Annie Cloth: don't expect your order or refund. Two months later and I have neither and PayPal was not helpful.

The clothing is horrible. So cheap it will probably fall apart once washed. You cannot get a refund no matter what you do! The are a total SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
