Would give negative stars if I could. This company must operate different web sites, because I found the return shipping address they gave me online... along with complaints from other people about the same thing - receiving not-as-advertised items, being charged an arm and a leg to send them back, the box never getting to the destination, and some even having the box returned to their house! So no only do you lose the money you spent on their scam clothing, you lose the money you spend on shipping. I've also read reviews that PayPal is not helpful with the dispute process, but I'm going to try anyway. Clearly they have people posting fake positive reviews on this site and others. Search for Pan Huiling online or the address 1st Floor, Building 3, Jinyuan Square, No. 2 Taohong West Street, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China ******* - you'll see what I'm talking about.

It took 2 months to receive my simple order of a pair of sneakers and when they arrived they were at least a whole size too big and really cheaply made. I sent many, many emails asking where my order was and kept getting the run around. I will never order from this company again. When I tried to return the shoes they offered me 15% of the cost not to return them. I just want my money back. Very poor experience.

THE CLOTHES LOOK GREAT, BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE CHEAP AND FLIMSY. THEY LOOK GOOD IN PICTURES, BUT QUALITY SUCKS.

THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEMS THEY ONLY OFFER YOU 15% ON YOUR DOLLAR TO KEEP THE ITEMS. THIS NOT WHAT I WANT WHEN SPENDING MY MONEY.

This place is a scam. Do not buy from them. The clothes look like they are in good quality and they display an address that they deliver from the UK, but everything comes in plastic and is the cheapest you can think of from China. Its horrible. Took months to get to me and half of my order was unwearable. Their return policy is ridiculous and service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL! Go to a thrift store and get better quality for WAY less money!

I ordered some clothing and realized I made a mistake and needed to edit my order. I sent 4 emails with no response. Terrible customer service. I will NOT be back.

While they do eventually ship out your order, you will wish you never go it so you can contact your bank for a chargeback. This company is not really interested in having customers to please. They simply want to sell off their crap stock, and move on to the next sucker. I think they spent all their money on photos to put on their website NOT on their products. Of the 12 items I bought 2 fit, barely. Their sizes are wildly inaccurate and they are not designed to fit as Western's are use to. Their arm holes are very tight and very high and the don't understand that Westerners have real busts. They aren't interested in getting their stuff back, they first offered me 15% to keep them and then upped it to 25%. I returned it anyway, hoping it will get lost in the mail and then I can call my bank for a chargeback. We have to start bombarding the hosts, like goggle to get these scammers off line

Their Ad pops up in the middle of news articles - the clothing looks nice for the price, right? The company claims it's a platform for independent fashion designers. All the clothes are sent from China! It took over a month for one package to arrive - and two items received were not even close to what I ordered - then they come back and say that you have to pay for the return but they will offer you 15% to avoid any further hassle - Given our current climate and relations with China at this time in history - the independent fashion designers (which I don't believe that there are any such independent fashion designers) should maybe think about making a change to home base - USA. PS I still have not received the second part of the order that was placed on 5/26 - Buyer Beware

I bought a pair of hunter boots here online. It was so cheap, compared to the normal price, so to be honest I thought it was some kind of fraud, but I got stuck. I was so wrong! It arrived in good condition, and they are as I saw them on the website!

Online shopping here has completely revolutionized my purchases, especially for clothes and accessories for me. I just hate the exercise of trying to find things in a mall store, the ability to select from a wide range of quality designs at incredible prices and find what I need in a fraction of the time is great. Worst experience ever

This company sent me a dress with a huge stain on it and sent me another dress in the wrong size. My confirmation and receipt showed a medium. They sent a large. They told me it was my responsibility to ship it back to China. They finally offered me 25% off the one dress that I paid full price for but nothing about the one stained. The clothes are made with very cheap material. This company is an absolute rip off and I'm confident they paid for the good reviews on this site. Complete scam

I used this boutique for the first time recently, needless to say I think I will use it again. The size of my pants is accurate and the quality seems quite good. I also arrive incredibly fast. They also have tons of items for sale, but regardless of this, the price is fair.
