I ordered two items and they arrived separately more than two months after my order. There were no labels showing what the fabrics are. I ordered XL, although I sometimes wear an L, and both items fit poorly: the capris are way too long to be called capris, and the top is unwearable, much too small. The top was listed as unreturnable because it was supposedly a t-shirt, but the length is tunic style and the fabric not a t-shirt knit. I'll never order from this company again.

Ordered about $140.00 dollars worth of clothes on June 21st. After 2 plus weeks I tried to find out where my stuff was. Shipping code had zeros and O's which made it impossible to track. THEN 3 weeks in they informed me it takes 11 BUSINESS days and has to go through customs. Summer is over. I want my money back

Don't believe any review of this company that's higher than two stars. While the pictures may look appealing, the clothes are made from cheap, shiny material and the embroidery on some shirts is poorly made. $20 for a shirt made of essentially plastic/polyester with flat patterns is not worth it.
Customer service is useless and automated, I bought a few shirts in May and didn't get them until 2 months later. They just kept sending me the same tracking number when they didn't detail the location of the package. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I bought placed two orders to this company back in April and received one of them after several inquiries inJune. The sizes are all off and I can't wear any of them. When I asked about returning them, I got the complete run around. I wanted to cancel the second order because I knew if it was anything like the first, I couldn't wear those either, they didn't want me to cancel the order; said to wait till they arrive and they would issue a return label. They finally arrived two weeks ago and nothing was further from the truth. They refused to to cancel the order and I'm stuck with the orders. The items are cheap and thin. Horribly disappointed. They don't care about you as a customer; only about getting your money for the orders. Wouldn't recommend the products or doing business with them.

FIRST OF ALL PLACED MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. MY ORDER WAS PLACED APRIL 4 2020. I STILL MISSING TWO ITEMS AND THE ITEMS I HAVE RECEIVED ARE VERY POOR QUALITY, LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES NO WAY I WOULD WEAR THESE IN PUBLIC. PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE. I ORDER THESE ITEMS IN APRIL AND STILL WAITING ON TWO ITEMS.

Easy to view and buy products online on this website. The dress was for sale for a great price! It's great now how you can send packages to a post office for pick up in case nobody is home when the delivery time comes.

I ordered 6 pairs of pants in the middle of April. I just received them yesterday, July 18,2020.

No shipping tracking number ever offered, even when requested.

And when I contacted customer service, the only replies I ever got was "your order's been shipped."

If they could put as much into their customer service and shipping as much as they do their website and marketing, they'd be tiptop.

I would not order from them, if I were you!

I do not want to even give anniecloth 1 star! This has been the worst purchase experience I have ever had! After waiting for 3 month for the merchandise to arrive, I received pretty much garbage in the mail. I am in the process of returning everything and disputing the charge! Never again!

Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress the beginning of March and it is now July and never received it! You can only email them which is super annoying! Every email states to be patient... blaming covid for delay. After six weeks I figured it wasn't coming. They have a tracking number and I went to the post office and they are not showing it ever shipped. They will not refund my money because they are saying it shipped. Because I was being "patient" PayPal won't reimburse because it's been too long! Im thinking the items are coming from China. Be very careful... I will never order from them again!

I ordered several items on May 3,2020 and they didn't arrive uNtil July 18. In addition. Clothing runs at least 2-3 sizes too small. A woman's 3X is about a size 16. Not sure I can wear any of the clothing. Very disappointed.

Through this boutique I do all my clothes shopping online. It's very easy and simple. Just select the item, the size (if applicable) and add it to the cart. Payment makes the process even easier. Delivery takes a little longer than buying from a retail store in the mall, but you get a great discounted price and it's worth the wait!

On 5/17 I ordered 4 shirts for the summer. Well, here it is 7/18 and I've only received 1 of them. The one I received is cute and as advertised but is certainly not worth the $64.05 I paid for the entire order.
