On June 12,2020 I placed my first-ever order with Anniecloth.com #HBOBB*******. On June 15,2020 I received an email stating the item had shipped. On June 30 I received another email stating the item had shipped. The tracking number in both emails connected to no intelligible information. It is now July 22,2020--more than 35 days since I placed the order--and the item has not been delivered. Anniecloth.com has failed to ship the item I bought and has not refunded my money. I will report this terrible experience to as many consumer advocacy websites for online shoppers as possible.

Products: Delivery was delayed, delayed, delayed. 8 of the 15 items were mis-sized, clearly not small as ordered. Couldn't have been an accident because sizing tags were often removed.
Customer service: non-existent. All done through email and has been like pulling teeth. We still don't have the return label that they must provide and it has been over a week of asking for it.
Now I do not have the summer clothes I needed for vacation. Stay away!
Yes it doesn't get any worse than this! Please do not purchase from this company. Poor Quality! Poor Customer Service! Poor Return Policy! Do not buy unless you have money to waste! I paid a $120 for poor quality items. When I tried to return they sent a long lengthy email with lots of conditions, including sensitive time frames. Before they would receive the product back. It would cost me $80 for postage back to china. After several emails they offered 15% off my purchase. So I ended up with $100 of clothing that my daughrter will turn into face masks for Covid-19. Don't bother! DON'T PURCHASE!
I purchased several items from anniecloth and stupidly I did not read the reviews or look further into the company. The red dress on the left is the one advertised on anniecloths website. It is advertised as cotton and appears to have texture. The red dress on the right is the one i received and is made of some type of synthetic fabric with the pattern printed on. Everything that I purchased was inferior quality.
BEWARE! Poor quality and everything is sized for tiny bodies. It took over two weeks before my order was received. I ordered nine items and wanted to return seven of them due to either extremely poor quality or ridiculously small sizing. I started the return process by sending a detailed email with all of the required information for each item. I sent that email three times before getting a response. They deliberately do not respond until the date for return is past their required time. There is no "customer service" phone number to call for help. Be very careful because one review gives a customer service phone number that is bogus. When I called that number, *******887, as suggested by that positive review who stated they were able to return merchandise and receive a refund, it was also bogus. That review is part of the scam to direct your call to a fake service representative. A person with a thick accent said they were "customer service" and would help us. They gave me two different "return authorization numbers". However, before they would send us an address to use for returning the package, they tried to get us to give them our computer password and they started taking over our computer screen. We immediately realized this was a scam and refused to give them our password. Then they hung up on us when I demanded that they give me a return address. Just as they hung up, they hacked our amazon account and charged a $200 googleplay gift card to our amazon account. That purchase flashed across our screen and we would have missed that if my husband had not been paying close attention. We were able to cancel that charge and then cancel the credit card that was attached to it. We kept emailing the company and finally received an email from them this morning in which they claim that I would need to send the package to China which would take a long time, but they still refused to give an address. They recommended that we agree to accept a %15 refund on my account instead of trying to return the merchandise. I accepted that in a return email and then after reading other reviews I now realize that people have been offered %25 and %35 refunds. I've been hoodwinked again. I doubt I will ever receive the small refund. Don't be taken in by the nice pictures and low prices on the website. Everything is poor quality and weird sizing. It is not worth the agony to do business with this company. If I could give them "minus stars" I would do that. I will be donating the items to Goodwill that I can't use and have no possible way to return.
I placed an order at the beginning of June - It is July 21st and still have received nothing. Annie Cloth does NOT stock anything in the US - Everything comes from China - horrible customer service - they take your money at time of order however do not respond with updated shipping info - nor give you any idea of when your order might arrive. At this rate I will be lucky to receive my order by the end of summer. Although they have very cute items on this website - I would not order from them again. Well that is hoping that I actually receive my order!

Customer service is non existent! I will never order anything from this company ever again! I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my order last tracking alert reported the items in a warehouse in Los Angeles. The package and has been there over 3 weeks and I have no delivery date insight. I recommend you save your money and time and shop elsewhere. Please I beg of you, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! When I finally received my order after over 2 months which was 4 pants, 1 sweatshirt & 3 t-shirts. They were all in one package stuffed in my small mailbox. Very cheaply made & not worth what you pay. Like someone said on here already, "They show really nice photos but you're truly not receiving what they show on the website"! Took almost 2 months for items to arrive. The quality was awful--a "cotton blend" t-shirt was almost all rayon with just cut fabric at hems of shirt and sleeves. No hemming at all.
I ordered size small, my usual size (110pounds 5'4"). One size small was cut like a large, hanging on me and the other I could not even get my (SKINNY) arms into as it was so tight.
Return shipping is to china and not worth expense or effort.

If i could give 0 stars, i'd be posting a -4! I ordered $160.00 worth of items on 4/20 - I was the victim of a horrendous fire in my home on 5/4/2020. I have been emailing, and emailing and emailing asking for them to send the package to a UPS postoffice box. They kept sending me back the same damn email stating they 'couldn't change' the address once they shipped the package. I told them ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL FEDEX (BECAUSE RECEIVER CANNOT CHANGE ADDRESS ONLY SHIPPER) AND CHANGE THE ADDRESS - THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WOULDN'T DO IT! THE PACKAGE GOT RETURNED AND ENDED UP IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - I CALLED AGAIN. FEDEX DROPPED OFF PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED TO ANNIECLOTH -THIS WAS OVER A MONTH AGO - THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY $160.00! I

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. Please take heart to the reviews you are seeing from those of us who have already been scammed by them and avoid the temptation of the low prices. You get what you pay for!

Dont listen to those positive reviews. Annie Cloth are posting fake positive reviews to help them get customers.

If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites. Do your homework & I'm sorry you spent $700.
